This is what fills my cup on Friday mornings.

Weighted vest walks with the YVO Tribe.

I met this inspiring group of women last year at the mindbodygreen.com wellness event in Coconut Grove.

Since then, I’ve been joining their weekly Friday walks.

Not only is it an amazing way to improve your fitness…

Weighted vests help:
• burn extra calories
• improve bone density
• strengthen your core and legs

But most importantly, it’s the friendships that have been born.

There’s so much positive energy as I meet new & familiar faces every week.

Women supporting each other in health, business, and life.

Getting stronger in one of the greenest parts of Miami.

And coming back to what truly matters:

A sense of community and feeling connected to your local area.

Which in a big city like Miami is deeply appreciated.

What if your addictions aren’t a weakness...
 
But the consequence of not allowing yourself to fully feel?

In a top-down masculine system, vulnerability is seen as a weak trait.

So emotions get suppressed.

And when emotions aren’t felt… they don’t go away.

They find outlets that lead to addictions like:

• Social media
• Overwork
• Alcohol
• Drugs
• Sugar
• Food

Numbing + addiction = temporary relief.

It's a survival mechanism. 

But it feeds a false dopamine spiral.

And pulls you away from real connection, aliveness, intuition, and fulfillment.

Because the body still carries the memories.

When we honour body–mind wisdom,

The wounds beneath addiction can begin to liberate.

Here are some ways to heal addictive patterns:

1. Bring safety, love, and compassion to yourself. 
Allow your body’s wisdom to show you what needs to be felt. Become present with your breath and feel what wants to move through you.

2. Create structure and boundaries.
For example, two desserts a week, 30 minutes of social media, etc.
Commit to your well-being.

3. Ask yourself:
What feelings trigger my addiction?
Is it conflict? Trauma? Loneliness? Stress? 
Awareness is king to start a healthy change.

4. Then choose which activities would bring you real satisfaction instead:
It can be friendship, touch, music, journaling, etc.

5. And then go deeper through spiritual expansion:
Explore yoga, meditation, breathwork, nature, creative expression, etc.

6. Embody your purpose.
The more time you devote to create something bigger than you, the less you'll be swayed in distractions and thus find true fulfillment. 

Because once you can fully feel and inhabit your body.

You no longer need false relief in the same way.

You thrive in your own aliveness.

This is the work I facilitate through Embodiment Coaching.

We clear the deep roots beneath the addictions, regulate through the vagus nerve, release stored emotional tension, and rewire body & mind toward purpose, connection, and aliveness.

Do you feel like the ground beneath you is shifting?

What once worked with ease now feels like a dead end:

Your business grew exponentially.
Your charisma drew people in.
Your vision lit the way forward.

Now feels heavy or unclear. Things aren’t flowing the way they used to.

And you spend so much time in your head.

That’s when the questions creep in:

Am I good enough?
What is my real purpose here?
Will anyone see me for who I truly am?

There is a collective wound of unworthiness rising to the surface.

It shows up when the old ways stop working.

And you’re left face-to-face with yourself.

The thing is: Unworthiness can't be simply rewired in the mind.

It’s stored in the nervous system and in the cells of your body.

It asks to be released on a deeper level (through breath & body work).

This means letting go of conditioning that told you otherwise:

Parents, teachers, bosses, clients, society, and generations of programming.

Now is the perfect moment to purify yourself of beliefs that no longer serve you.

And being called back to wholeness through embodiment to:

•“know thyself” in a deeper way.
• feel your unique purpose in your body.
• accepting yourself fully as you are with gifts and imperfections.
• speak authentically without molding yourself to fit expectations.
• allowing yourself to get into the flow rather than control outcomes.

Because the magic happens when you silence your inner critic.

And get into a state of calm and flow.

Try these mantras in a theta state:

→ I am worthy exactly as I am.
→ I bring unique value to the world.
→ I don’t need to mold myself to fit expectations.
→ Inspiration and drive flow to me with ease.
→ The right people recognize and appreciate me.

Your sense of worth is not to be chased outside.

It's felt in your bones.

This is the work I do with my clients. I guide them to release the conditioning, reconnect with the deeper truth in their body, and their unique gifts & value instead of performing and controlling.

If you're feeling overwhelmed by the world events...

It may be time to reconnect to the organic intelligence of the body & planet.

Rather than the synthetic layer installed upon it - artificial lights, constant technology, news, AI, traffic, linear schedules, endless stimulation, etc.

This system extracts your energy without regenerating it.

And it’s a downward spiral.

That’s why we see burnout and depletion everywhere.

The organic way is the path of regeneration, rebirth, and renewal.

And so, coming back to Earth’s & our body's rhythm is a requisite.

By undoing programming that doesn’t honour it...

We get back to the inherent state of flow, love, and abundance.

Rather than fear and scarcity.

It reconnects you to Source/God/Creator consciousness through direct experience.

Without a need for a guru or priest.

We are nature.

This is ancient wisdom held by indigenous cultures in harmonic resonance.

When we step out of our heads and feel this deep symbiosis, interconnection, and awe, we remember we’re part of something bigger than ourselves.

This is embodiment.

Being fully in your body, inhibiting it, and feeling fully the sensations and emotions flowing through you (NOT suppressing them).

It’s feeling grounded, present, alive.

It helps us remember why we’re here and what are our gifts.

Nature awakens creativity.

If you feel called to return to organic alignment, start simply:

• Tune into sensations as they signal what’s out of alignment
• Delay using your phone in the morning and receive sunlight first
• Walk, ground, and practice early morning sungazing
• Develop your own stillness & meditation ritual
• EFT Tapping, Qi Gong, Yoga, Breathwork
• Get curious about plants, animals, and natural systems
• Eat whole, organic, and if possible local foods
• Take multiple Yin pauses daily

Come back to natural rhythms and cycles:

1. Daily
Peak creative time is for most people in the morning around 10am
Slow integration and pause from midday to ~2:30pm
Energy comes back online at 3 pm
Downtime after 6 pm

2. Weekly energetic awareness
Monday and Friday have Venusian qualities - slower and more reflective
Tuesday (Mars) - action
Wednesday (Mercury) - communication
Thursday (Jupiter) - expansion

3. Monthly
Menstrual cycle and New Moon & Full Moon - inward and outward seasons

4. Seasonal rhythms
Winter for hibernation, spring for planting seeds, summer for manifestation, autumn for releasing, Solstice and equinox as energy portals & reflection dates

5. Planetary Alignments
Zodiac signs, elements, and planetary alignments have the power to align us back to our true nature.

We're remembering the organic intelligence that lives within us.

And allowing it to guide us again.

That’s exactly what swimming with dolphins taught me. 🐬

Dolphins carry frequencies that expand our consciousness. 

They reminded me how much we’ve forgotten about play and aliveness.

And how that's the energy that will drive new creations in this era.

What they showed me went far beyond the water:

• Activate creativity through play & joy
• Tap into intuition to make aligned decisions
• Release heaviness and old patterns through breath 
• Bring aliveness into every project, idea, and creation
