Al Muqarram Industry (@DolphinbyAMI) is an expert in Sealants, Tapes & Aerosols.  AMI was fully acquired by Soudal in November 2020 and step by step integrated within the group.

As Product Management Head Asia I am supporting our companies in China & Korea with their product developments and the introduction of new Soudal branded products in their respective markets. I am also supporting R&D projects for intercompany sales from our production units in China & Korea.

As Regional Director I had full P&L responsibility for 4 companies in the Soudal Group. Two production companies in India (McCoy Soudal and Accumetric India) with a turnover of more than 20 million EUR. In southeast Asia, I managed two sales offices, Soudal Thailand and Soudal Vietnam.  Total team of 180 people in the 4 teams together and have been growing the business profitable at double-digit rates over the years.

As the Soudal representative in our 50:50 Joint Venture, McCoy Soudal, I was part of the Management Team. I was primarily responsible for product development and management, Marketing, internal and external training, and, from 2012 onwards, as Vice-President for Sales and Marketing. In 2012, we inaugurated our greenfield production unit, which helped drive business growth. From 2014 onwards, the company continued growing over 20% per year, both topline & bottom line
