I am a PhD candidate in Management Information Systems at Texas Tech University's Rawls College of Business, specializing in human-AI interaction research. With a unique combination of behavioral research expertise and technical skills, I design and develop immersive VR environments using Unity to study how people interact with AI agents. My research explores the behavioral dimensions of human-AI collaboration, examining factors like AI appearance and behavior in controlled experimental settings. Originally from Iran, where I completed my bachelor's and master's degrees in Management, I continued my doctoral journey in Budapest before joining Texas Tech. As both a researcher and instructor, I am passionate about bridging the gap between technology and human behavior. Recognized for teaching excellence among my doctoral peers, I aspire to join a research university where I can continue advancing knowledge in Management Information Systems while mentoring the next generation of scholars who will shape the future of AI and human-computer interaction.
