•	Launched a pricing platform resulting in a 27% increase in buy box wins and a 15% sales boost across retail products.

•	Proposed and built a system to automate the damaged orders process, eliminating the manual creation of over 137K orders annually. Resulting in a headcount saving of six FTEs

•	Created product frameworks aligned with business goals and user needs to launch a pre-sell project for retail products, aimed at increasing market share and gaining a competitive advantage in the market.

Achievements:

•	Optimised damaged purchase order flow through innovative feature ideas to resolve cost settings, invoice reception, and payout requests. Surveyed 9K sellers, achieving improvements in claims simplicity (6%), acceptance rate (5%), follow-up efficiency (7%), reimbursement time (6% reduction), and payment transparency (5%).

•	Created a web-based Supplier Relationship Management platform to optimize and streamline the procurement process, resulting in a 23% improvement in compliance with purchasing guidelines reported by the Audit team, and a 17% increase in Retail market share.

•	Collaborate in the Gold Auto Pricing system development , accurately calculating live gold prices and enabling transparent tax calculations, resulting in a significant 2B tax penalty relief. Additionally, 171% increase in gold sales, an 85% growth in gold items sold, and a 60% increase in gold orders.

Associate Product Manager

Achievements:

•	Managed a project to control deadstock inventory, resulting in a 33% reduction in retail deadstock items and improved warehouse inventory management.

•	Owned and launched a data analysis tool for Retail Suppliers to enable tracking of their performance.

•	Designed detailed flow charts for damaged and local/international purchase orders, enhancing cross-functional team understanding.

•	Implemented strategic initiatives based on analysis to safeguard the shopping experience n retail items by preventing bot-driven inventory depletion on our e-commerce platform.

Product Analyst

Achievements:

•	Achieved a 7% reduction in deadstock values in the retail sector by successfully negotiating with suppliers for the return of items.

•	Expanded supplier collaborations with high-potential marketplace sellers, resulting in significant growth in key performance indicators: profit contribution1(33%) and profit contribution2 (74%). Surpassed the 6-month target by 65% in Gross Margin.

•	Generated an 8% improvement in the cash conversion cycle by strategically purchasing marketable goods in the retail sector.

Category Manager

Achievements:

•	Revitalised banned brands on Digikala by monopolizing them, achieving targets, conducting marketing activities, and securing a 100% online market share, resulting in substantial growth:13% in sales and 61% in selling assortment.

•	Acquired five top electronic brands within three months, through strategic seller acquisition and highlighting the benefits of partnering with a leading e-commerce platform.

Key Account Management Specialist

Achievements:

•	Established and led a 4-member sellers incubation team, nurturing and supporting early-stage sellers in the marketplace ecosystem.

•	Organized offline events and webinars to educate sellers, exceeding the target with a 43% achievement of live assortment in the first half of the year.

•	Facilitated new sellers' access to supply networks, including importers and producers, leading to a notable 24% increase in sales in the second half of the year.
