► Managed 4 products: application for operator for contact center, application for moderators, process of research and product development, monitoring and reporting system for product and technical metrics.
► Ran cycle planning sessions, refined the product backlog, and prioritized the delivery to ensure all work aligned seamlessly with the product vision.
► Managed 2 scrum teams of up to 12 people: frontend and backend developers, QA engineers, UX/UI designers, Project Managers, etc. 
► Сonducted more than 100 interviews with clients to test hypotheses and more than 30 market and competitor research.
► Improved the accuracy metrics for definitions and predictions of incoming intents classes.
