★ Led the company’s prestigious client project for MG Motor India from vision creation to final release., launching “MG ePay” (the Industry’s 1st end-to-end online Auto Finance Platform) with 4 financiers in 7 months.

★ Led a 7-member cross-functional team & and contributed to the excellence of Auto Finance, receiving a Letter of Recommendation from the Chief Product Officer by exhibiting entrepreneurial product leadership and solving complex problems.

During my tenure at CarTrade Tech from April 2019 to March 2021, I led the digital transformation in the Auto Finance department, building both B2B and B2C SaaS products from scratch. My role was pivotal in innovating and implementing comprehensive digital solutions, enhancing the auto finance experience for users and partners alike.

Key Achievements:

★ Developed the Auto Finance marketplace on consumer-facing platforms (CarTrade, CarWale, Bikewale) across web and mobile applications, leading to a 40% increase in conversions and generating approximately 130,000 finance leads monthly.

★ Conceptualized and implemented the Business Rule Engine (BRE) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, streamlining the lead flow and enhancing API integration with third-party systems. This led to dynamic reporting and improved customer engagement.

★ Successfully pitched and partnered with over 10 banks and NBFCs, creating a robust loan offer system and introducing an annual revenue model of INR 7.2 million through lead sharing.

★ Played a key role in launching the Dealer Management System (DMS), onboarding over 100 dealers in the first year, significantly boosting dealer conversions and revenue.

★ Spearheaded the upgrade to BRE 2.0 and CRM 2.0 during the COVID-19 pandemic, enabling end-to-end digital auto loan processing and enhancing system flexibility and scalability.

★ Led cross-functional teams with a total of 16 members, contributing to the Auto Finance Team's recognition with the "Rockstar Team" award by fostering collaboration and innovation through Agile methodologies.
