To me, there is nothing as satisfying as seeing a person finally “get” what they’re trying to learn. They may understand the end goal but not how to get there. That’s where I come in as a learning designer, team manager, and trainer. 

This is not just a job to me; it is my passion to empower people to grow to their greatest potential. With 17 years of experience in learning and development, program management, training, and instructional design, I create, implement, and evaluate learning opportunities that align with business goals while meeting learner needs. At the end of the day, I’m thrilled if people can absorb and apply what they’ve learned - and hopefully! - love what they’re learning, too.

- 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀. I built an entire leadership course library for an audience of over 5,000. I increased class attendance by 21% and customer satisfaction score by 22%.
- 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗲-𝘀𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴. Salesforce is complicated, especially when there are 60,000 sellers who need to use it often and quickly to do their jobs. I designed technical enablement for 25 successful Salesforce updates so sellers could identify changes and get back to doing what they do best - sell.
- 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Whether I managed learning specialists or was a project owner as an individual contributor, I developed relationships with key stakeholders and facilitated the communication needed to complete projects. I consider empathy, enthusiasm, and curiosity my three greatest strengths, and I use them every day when helping others grow.
