And that’s a hack we use in founder content to blow up reels even on very small or completely dead accounts.

My biggest NIGHTMARE as a founder is meeting people.


And I just want to fix that before FZK Media’s 2nd anniversary because I know once I do, I’ll be able to do much bigger things.

Process-wise, it’s really cool that FZK isn’t entirely dependent on me anymore…

But I know that to take it further, to really expand the dream, I’ll have to start showing up and meeting founders who’ve been waiting for me to visit their offices and move things forward.

And honestly, till when will i hide behind the screen online.

As of today, I just can’t socialize to save my life.

Some people say that’s good, some say it’s bad.

Either way, something has to change.

Maybe now that we’ve introduced production into our services, that’ll give me the push I need because I’ll be forced to show up to founders’ offices.

As a 25-year-old founder who’s been building since 23…

I’ve noticed that the most chill clients get the best results,

whereas the most nitpicky ones find it the hardest to grow. 

Year after year, it’s the same pattern across every industry. 

What do you think the reason could be?

As a 25-year-old founder, the last thing I want right now is stability.


In terms of location, I mean.
(Not mentally or emotionally... that you definitely need lol.)

And so, I’m leaving.

Because living in Bombay has taught me one thing: this is just the start.

It’s a small glimpse of what a bigger city and the right people around you can do.

And when you start thinking like that, you realise there are bigger cities and better ecosystems doing this 10x better and I could be a part of that.

So that’s what I’m going to chase next.

I don’t agree with my Millionaire clients a LOT of times.


I don’t know why other creatives do that.

And that’s not arrogance, because that’s literally why they’re paying me.

Most founders know business but don’t know what’s good or bad for content.

And that’s okay, because that’s exactly why they hire people like us.

So when I push back, it’s not to prove a point, it’s just to protect the quality of the output.

Because if I start taking every little request and bending the content, it eventually loses what makes it work.

And in the long run, they think I’m bad at my job.

Which is something neither of us can afford.

And guess who else is desperate for the same thinggg?

A lot of D2C founders :)

So as a personal-branding expert, I made a list of things he’s doing that my founder audience can copy.

Number 1: He positions himself as “one of us,” not “above us.”

Like he’s part of the community, not the leader of it.
So as a founder, he’d never say, “I built a 200-cr startup, you guys don’t understand what it takes,” lol.

Number 2: He is culturally coded and VERY specific.

Because if he tried to be relatable to everyone, he'd end up becoming bland.
So pick your POV:
- Are you a girl-boss female founder?
- Or are you a Bombay hustler?

Number 3: He repeats his narrative until it becomes synonymous with him.

Like being the NYC street guy, or being actually vulnerable but not weak.

A lot of founders are chill in half their content and hustler-bois in the other half… which just confuses their audience.

Number 4: He makes sure to include feelings in every single touchpoint and interaction so people don’t even realise they’re being sold to.

From his tone, mood, sincere ⁠atmosphere that he creates, his ⁠calm confidence or the ⁠emotional resonance

That's largely it from my end.

Because… WTH?

I’m just a week in, and without a proper system in place, I’ve almost missed posting twice already.

It’s so easy when we do it for our clients — with systems, teams, and professionals handling everything.

But as a side quest I’m not paying full attention to, I think I took it a little too lightly.

Not giving up though!

P.S. Tell me a system that actually works for you

I left Bombay with no big plan, just the intention to scale FZK even more and life DID NOT disappoint. 

It’s been a week, and I suddenly have four events lined up, new team members to meet, bigger founders coming in, and honestly… 

I’m getting so much more done now that I’m away from the usual noise.

And it’s not that Bombay slows you down.
Bombay is brilliant.

But it just quietly takes over your time. 

Hours disappear without you noticing, and by the end of the day you’re wondering where it all went.

Right now, the distance is giving me space to think and work the way I’ve been wanting to.

Let’s see where this momentum goes next!

as someone who started building in college at 23,
let me tell you the one thing:

start early.
start before you feel ready.
start even if the idea is tiny, stupid, incomplete.

because the world will hype your degree and your college
but the truth is, NONE of that builds you.

what builds you is messing up a pitch,
losing money on a bad decision,
figuring out operations at 2 am,
and still waking up the next morning to try again.

if you ask me,

i didn’t learn anything life-changing in a classroom.
i learned it on the ground,
in chaos,
and in moments where i genuinely thought i had ruined everything.


so if you’re waiting for a sign or for clarity...
this is it. start. now.

We grew 2x in the last month at the agency.

All because we started cutting off clients who were taking more bandwidth than delivering results.

As an agency dependent on numbers and creativity to show how good we are,
taking on founders who are not consistent or not putting effort into creativity is a liability.

Because neither does that help us pay our bills, nor does it help us put our best work out.

BUT how do I connect with Gen Z? Especially as a…


“millennial founder” though my content!
 That’s one question I get asked a lot, and let me tell you 3 things:

1. Don’t try to sound or act cool because that lot will smell it from a mile away and call out your bluff.

2. Do all that on your brand page, not your personal brand.

3. And if you do care about them, just know they love people who call a spade a spade…

who’re relaxed and honest and anything but diplomatic, like how founders used to be earlier. 

Even if what you’re talking about is old-school, say whatever you have to with chest and you will attract them.

Try it out, it always works.

P.S: What do you think?

You don’t fix a fuck-up by doing more good things.
You fix it by doing less stupid things.

And this rule applies to almost everything.

When I’m burnt out and my room’s a mess,
my instinct is to go on some self improvement spree

• clean everything
• start journaling
• plan the next six months.

But honestly?
I don’t need to do all that.

I just need to stop adding more chaos.
Maybe start by not throwing clothes on the chair every night.
Maybe just keep the desk clean.

You don’t need to become this hyper-productive person overnight.

You just need to remove the habits that are quietly draining you.

Because “not doing something” and “doing something else” both cost energy.

So if you’re going to spend that energy anyway, spend it on doing less of what’s hurting you…

instead of forcing yourself to do more of what looks good on paper.

P.S: You can apply this to getting fit or ANY other example in the world and it’ll still be true.

as someone who works with 100 crore founders,
i used to think i understood pressure.

i thought the rule was simple:
the bigger you grow, the heavier it gets.

more revenue, more team, more clients…
more stress. obvious, right?

but last year flipped that idea on its head.

because the truth is, growth doesn’t have to choke you.

you can choose to hire right, build systems, plug in people
who carry the weight with you,

so the pressure stays the same, even when the business 10x’s.

that’s why the best founders have a solid personal life
and a solid team at the same time.

one fuels the other.
and without both, the pressure will eventually eat you alive.

how i’m upgrading in 2026 as a founder

1/ intellectual life

• look into philosophers, frameworks and thinkers i want to understand better
• read books beyond the genres i like
• invest time in building long-term knowledge i want in economics, history and geopolitics
• publicly share ideas that shape my world view so they can be challenged and • help me think beyond the obvious

2/ creativity beyond content

• learning the craft of writing beyond short-form content
• learn about visual storytelling, color theory and filmmaking
• understand video editing and design as a skill, beyond an instinct

3/ relationship with time
• what i really want my days to feel like
• my long-term pace of life
• a time blocked calendar that reflects my values
• how i want the rest of my 20s and 30s structured

4/ identity outside achievements

• what do i enjoy purely for joy?
• what’s my sense of self beyond my long list of goals?
• what’s my sense of self beyond my long list of goals?
• who am i without output?
• what’s my personality beyond ambition?

5/ friendship as a system
• what kind of friends do i want?
• how can i support my friends’ goals?
• what boundaries do i want in my friendships?

6/ money as a philosophy
• be clear about what’s “enough” for me
• double down on investing
• understand how money relates to time, identity and freedom
• invest into financial literacy

Play the ball, NOT the man.
Is not going to make you money as a founder on social media.


It can get you credibility, sure.

But playing both the ball and the man?

That’s what gets you views AND an advantage over your competitor founder on social media.

What I mean is:

An average founder will, of course, share their personal experiences and expertise to build trust with the audience.

But a more strategic founder won’t let their competitors go unchallenged,
while still establishing their credibility.

And if you don't understand what that really means, you need to hire a professional for your content.
