Catchy and intriguing titles are all in a day’s work, especially when you’re not just investing as a fund, but also building the next co-working & community space of tomorrow and building Web3 infrastructure. 

For years, I've accumulated experience in marketing, community and product management, until in 2021, I fully plunged into the Web3 rabbit hole.

I founded nft studio Berlin, an agency catering to brands. We developed our own NFT & Metaverse projects, until eventually, we transitioned to the other side.

Big News: w3.hub is joining forces with betahaus!

Building a co-working and event space from scratch with Henrik Bredenbals and Jonathan Kuhl has been a wild ride. We started in early 2023 with an empty building in Möckernstraße and a vision to create a true home for the Web3 community in Berlin (I think we nailed it).

Today, that vision has officially outgrown its "startup" shoes.

We never just wanted to provide desks. We wanted to build the epicenter for the Web3 ecosystem in Germany. All within our w3.group ecosystem.

Up until now we’ve grown from three floors to five, plus the courtyard and our (infamous) "Rave Labor" in the basement.

Now, taking over the entire house is a massive responsibility, but it’s also an opportunity to let more companies join a community that has built itself organically and successfully.

I know we’ve earned a strong reputation in this space, and honestly? I’m just really proud of that.

Why we decided to work with betahaus:

Scaling a physical space is a different beast, and joining forces with Maximilian von der Ahé, LL.M. and Madeleine Gummer v. Mohl 👋 was the most logical move. They’ve built and scaled coworking spaces globally for years - they understand "expansion" better than anyone.

We want to become the most important Web3 space in Europe. To achieve that, we are now looking forward to work with the best in the business.

So big GG to the betahaus team who have been working hard in the past few weeks to make this transition as smooth as possible.

What this means for the community:

The vibe remains exactly the same. That’s why Quinn Wilhelm has leveled up to become the self-appointed "President of w3hub." 

Our focus remains 100% on providing a unique space for the community, just more professional.

We know the 4th-floor trek for events was... a workout. We’re moving the heart of our community and events to the ground floor for better access and even bigger setups.

With the entire building now under professional management, the potential for high-level networking and events has just doubled.

I am incredibly proud to see this partnership come to life and to watch our "baby" grow AND am excited for everything that’s coming - but mostly, I’m looking forward to spending the summer in the courtyard with all of you.

20,000 EUR for a trade show booth. The result: Maybe 5 leads and a mountain of plastic waste. The traditional event concept feels outdated.

I’ve seen both sides. I’ve attended these events and I’ve organized them.

The reality check: Most attendees ignore the talks. 
They’d rather stand outside, drink free beer, and network away from the booths (if you have different examples, please enlighten me).

Maybe, it's because I am not even 30 (very close though), but this can't be the status quo.

Lifestyle-Brands are already doing it: 

Pop-Ups instead of trade fair booths.

Experiences instead of logo walls.

Regardless of the industry.

I get it. KPIs need to be hit. Business needs to be done. 

But business happens where people actually want to be - not where they feel trapped in an aisle.

We are radically challenging this for our festival this summer. Our courtyard will be a "Kiez." Real vibes. Fair prices for Döner (and this is just one of many ideas). 

No pitch deck beats an atmosphere where people actually connect.

I’m looking for brands that want "Späti-vibes" instead of trade show sadness.

For everyone else who has been reading until here: What’s the best brand activation you’ve ever seen at an event? Who is actually getting it right? Need some inspo!

Because of this team, I've been a LinkedIn Top Voice for years. And now I'm spending the next weeks with my friends at notus - to take my personal brand to the next level.

When I co-founded our first company in 2021, I knew one thing: We needed to be visible.

And LinkedIn was the place.

The problem? I had zero (!) confidence that I had anything worth saying.

Marvin Sanginés had briefly lived with my best friend in Berlin and that's how we met. And somehow, he managed to do what felt impossible at the time: He got me out of my own head.

The inner cringe. The "I have nothing interesting to share." He helped me see that actually there was a lot to tell.

Within a year, I became a LinkedIn Top Voice (yay).

We then started a podcast together and recorded over 100 episodes.

Both the posting consistency and showing up on the mic did something to me. 

It opened doors for the company, yes. 

But more than that: It built my confidence, sharpened how I tell stories, and taught me what it actually means to communicate authentically (all of which became my favorite part of my job).

At some point, I didn't need his support anymore. We stayed friends, but life moved on.

Fast forward to 2026. 

I've been travelling since mid-January - Sri Lanka, Barcelona, Málaga, and now Lisbon. The last two months I've been quietly recording.

🪄 One TB of video content. ~50 Posts in my backlog. A lot of ideas I want to roll out across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. But ideas without strategy are just noise.

So when I thought about where to be for the next chapter - the answer was obvious.

🇵🇹 I'm at the notus villa in Lisbon.

Not as a client. Not as a collaborator in the traditional sense. But as someone who wants to do this properly again - and who knows there's no better environment than being surrounded by people who live and breathe this stuff daily.

Their "productivity" is contagious. Super cheesy, and I don't think hustling 24/7 is something to brag about - but I came here with a list of things I want to accomplish, and this is the perfect setup to actually do it.

The plan was simple: Tag the people I want to work with on LinkedIn and wait.

Our campaign for the Berlin Blockchain Festival is off to a great start.

But let’s be real:

You can’t just repeat the same formula and expect LinkedIn to do the work for you.

Over the last few weeks, I’ve shared three posts documenting the process. 

The first two were huge. The third? Not so much. 

Maybe I wasn't creative enough that day, or maybe the algorithm just wasn't feeling it.

In the world of "vanity metrics," some might call that a decline. But I look at it differently:

Time invested: Under 5 hours.

Output: A direct line to the most important intros in the industry.

Leverage: Our reputation and the trust we’ve built at w3.group.

People literally slid into my DMs to help. This is why I love storytelling because people feel emotionally attached. Sounds cheesy (and we love that) but listen to me:

We are currently in talks with a massive lineup: Bitvavo, Ledger, Google, Solana Foundation, Klarna, PayPal, OKX, NEAR Foundation, Cardano Foundation, Bitpanda just to name a few. 

We all like the name dropping so here it is. I’m not saying who’s confirmed yet, so you need to stay tuned and follow my storytelling throughout the next weeks.

Converting these players isn't a "finger snap" moment. It requires deep alignment of goals. 

Thanks to the head start we took in Q4 2025 (shoutout to Alina Straub and the Better Life GmbH team), we are exactly where we need to be.

Thank you for 30k+ impressions on a piece of content I created on a public bus in Sri Lanka.

In the last few weeks, I’ve started experimenting with using LinkedIn in a more 'playful' way to share a different kind of content. 

On one hand, there’s the tagging of all the companies we’d love to work with (I’ll definitely give you an update on that later this week). On the other hand, there are our vlog and reaction videos (my favorite part, to be honest).

It’s all part of a campaign that the people in my network seem to enjoy (and me too because I love humor).

My Marketing Manager, Quinn Wilhelm, and I are 'roasting' each other across our profiles - using LinkedIn and X (Twitter) to create a narrative leading up to the Berlin Blockchain Festival.

Last week I was on the road and had to get a lot done in very little time. 

Funnily enough, the two LinkedIn posts that required the least effort last week generated more impressions than the posts I sometimes spend 1–2 hours on.

I think it’s time to give my creativity more freedom. After all, it seems like I managed to keep you guys entertained.

Next time my parents ask me what I do for a living, I am just going to show them this.

My Operations Manager Kushal got tired of manual spreadsheets and paper checklists, so he simply built his own app. Total cost? €50 and some "addictive" late-night sessions with Lovable and Gemini.

☀️ "Good morning, sunshine. Ready for another thrilling day of pretending the printer isn't out of place?"

That’s the greeting our front desk staff at w3.hub got this morning. 

Not from a human, but from an AI agent Kushal Singh built because he was tired of paper checklists.

Kushal is our Operations Manager. He didn't ask for permission or a tech budget. 

He just saw a problem: Rotating staff felt no "ownership" over manual tasks.

So, he spent his evenings at home manifesting ideas into code.

What he built in just a few months (of learning everything from scratch): 

→ Smart Inventory: A drinks tracker. Before that, the runners just shared screenshots in Whatsapp chats.

→ AI Briefings: Daily task summaries with actual humor and personality. 

→ Asset Management: Real-time tracking of movement and damages across all floors of our community space.

When I asked him why, he said it’s "addictive" to see an idea become a functional tool in hours.

We talk a lot about AI replacing jobs. 

But seeing Kushal work on this shows the opposite: He uses the tools to solve a problem and to make HIS work easier. 

I am super happy to see this solution-oriented mindset in our companies. 

I love being impressed by things like this, even though I believe this kind of mindset should be at the forefront of everyone's mind (to some extent).

"Build in public" is a great until you realize you’ve been talking for weeks without actually showing the goods. It’s time to change that. Let me introduce you to our biggest project of this year: 

The Berlin Blockchain Festival (aka the BBF) which is taking place during Berlin Blockchain Week (this sentence sounds like a Zungenbrecher, sorry).

To be honest: Last year was wild. 

Managing four floors of activity simultaneously (and soon there will be more!) was beautiful, but behind the scenes, it was pure chaos. 

I joke about being a "certified event manager," and my co-founders Henrik Bredenbals and Jonathan Kuhl usually just roll their eyes because they know how close we were to our breaking point.

But here’s the thing: The demand for authentic, community-led experiences is skyrocketing. 

Most companies simply can’t pull this off on their own anymore. Facts.

So we learned. We evolved. And we brought in the pros at Better Life GmbH to make sure this year is the next evolution.

The result: The "Own Your Floor" model 💖

Instead of a cramped 2x2 booth, we’re giving companies an entire floor. Your branding, your topic, your community. 

I mean it literally: No limits.

What does that vibe feel like? 

In the past, it meant lying in the "grass" of our content studio during the Bitvavo launch, or sipping an Espresso Martini at a rave in an old basement lab. 

It meant playing soccer in a gallery during the OneFootball and Coinbase (BASE) events.

For 2026? 

I’ve heard rumors of us building an entire "Kiez" in our courtyard, complete with 4€ Döner (in Germany we compare inflating Döner prices). 

And that’s just one of many ideas.

Building Effective Personal Brands for Founders & Executives with Purpose | B2B Content Engines & Founder-Led Marketing | Coffee Connoisseur & Founder at notus 💆🏽

18 months ago, this guy was my gym buddy. As of last week, he closed $1M+ in contract value as Head of Partnerships at notus:

Back in 2024, Selim Burcu was consulting other companies on operations. At capacity. Debating whether to make his offer more scalable or double down on 1-2 clients.

The more we talked about notus, the more he saw potential in what we were building.

So in May 2024, he joined as a fractional COO on a project basis.

2 months in, we hit a crossroads.

While making progress on operations, Selim hadn't fully found his place. At the same time, I had one critical gap: I needed someone to take sales calls off my plate.

Charlotte Ankerstjerne was documenting her work life on LinkedIn. Just another employee at Ramboll, one of Denmark's largest consulting firms, until her posts started getting serious attention:

Together with a colleague she built a training program and community for employees’ who want to build a voice in their industry using social media.

Charlotte didn't pitch employee advocacy as an idea. She proved it worked by doing it.

This is a pattern I keep seeing.

Sometimes you don't need to convince leadership that something works. You just need someone internally who believes in it, does it, and lets the results speak for themselves.

The bigger shift here is that employees are becoming real estate for companies.

People who can build audiences naturally are becoming invaluable assets. Both for their core job function, and the attention and influence they bring to the organization.

This changes the power dynamic.

When you can generate thousands of eyeballs for your company through your personal brand, you become valuable in a way that's hard to replicate.

More companies will start recognizing this. And the employees who figure it out early will have leverage their peers won't.

My dad still tells me I shouldn’t share MRR updates, but I haven’t stopped.

Showing people what’s happening behind the scenes creates trust faster than pretty much anything else.

Even better, it turns running a company into a hero’s journey. People follow because they want to know what happens next.

What isn’t on the list: sales-y, company-centric posts that provide 0 𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 0 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆, and 0 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲.

Those are the 3 key ingredients across all content.

All of these categories can trigger strong emotions:

Surprise.
Sympathy.
Curiosity.
Excitement.

They all build on specific stories, perspectives, or contrarian beliefs.

And they all promise value:

Failure:
value = what they learned

Contrarian
value = discovering a new approach

Build in public
value = a model to copy

Content that does this has a good chance of performing well.

With one disclaimer: It has to be real.

I rarely sit down to write. Instead, I have a recurring 60-minute call with my content strategist every week that I don't cancel.

If you don't have anyone to talk to, a recurring video journal works too. It's great therapy.

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮: 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝟰 𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹

My strategist comes prepared with one topic per pillar, using our Content Archetype framework:

→ Tactical: a specific how-to I can walk through step by step
→ Aspirational: a recent win with real numbers
→ Insightful: my honest take on an industry topic
→ Personal: what's actually happening behind the scenes right now

They review performance data and the content calendar beforehand, and walk in with 3-5 researched questions per topic.

I also share whatever is top of mind that week. It keeps things current, and it's where the journey + building-in-public content comes from.

My strategist runs the conversation, pushes for specifics, and steers it back when I ramble

60 minutes gives around 8,000 words of raw transcript with my stories + opinions + takes.

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟰: 𝗗𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮𝘀

The strategist uploads the full transcript into notusOS (our platform). Any LLM works here, it just might not be as good.

From there, the transcript gets broken down into individual content ideas. The more my strategist adds their own notes, the better. We don't want to rely on AI alone here.

This step also surfaces ideas from things I said in passing. (offhand comments that would normally disappear after the call)

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟱: 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁𝘀

notusOS generates a first draft for each idea based on the transcript and the strategist's outline. He then refines it, edits it, and adds it to my review queue.

The output sounds like me because it is pulled from how I talk.

Light edits. Final approval. Schedule. Done.

52 calls per year = 208-416 pieces of content.

Two hours blocked every week allows me to post 6x per week on LinkedIn. It has become our most valuable marketing process.

49 employees at this $50 mil. ARR SaaS company are active on LinkedIn with hundreds of thousands of combined followers. They've been mastering the highest-leverage B2B growth play since 2021:

I am talking about Chili Piper & their employee-led marketing playbook.

While most people were obsessing over webinars, e-books & white papers, they built an army of content creators inside their own company all the way back in 2021.

Here are some people from their team who are still crushing it:

→ Alina Vandenberghe (Co-founder & Co-CEO, 47k followers) drives roughly 50% of Chili Piper's pipeline through her personal LinkedIn. (according to an interview she did in 2025) Her content is raw, personal, and funny. She recently posted about 10 years of building the company. Real depth, not corporate fluff.

→ Roxana Irimia (VP Marketing, 58k followers) mixes tactical breakdowns with personal stories. Posts about how to generate millions in pipeline. Show-don't-tell energy.

→ Tainah Subtil (SDR Manager, 11k followers) helps other SDRs start better conversations. A week ago she posted a meme about "outbound is dead" and tied it into Chili Piper's team closing 180% of their 2025 goals. Does her own thing, but naturally weaves in the company.

These are just the ones that come to mind - there are many more out there.

Back in 2021, while most companies were posting corporate fluff twice a week, Chili Piper had already figured out unified social presence:

- They created the #chili-love Slack channel where employees would drop posts for instant team amplification. Engagement pods before engagement pods were cool.

- They'd run coordinated social takeovers during product launches. Complete media kits with pre-written sample copy for every employee. (pouring fuel on the fire)

- They encouraged employees to post about whatever they wanted, turning social activity from a chore into personal brand development. Complete freedom meant an abundance of authentic content.

Four years later, this system still seems to be running to a certain extent.

They have 260+ employees on LinkedIn. Only around 40-50 are currently active, but they all have a unified brand stamp. That pepper emoji 🌶️, orange borders & orange backgrounds on profile pictures, [Title] at Chili Piper in their headlines.

Even if employees don't post but just interact here and there, they're creating a positive brand impression of Chili Piper and stamping themselves all over LinkedIn.

They pioneered what most companies are only waking up to now.

Your company page will never have what your people have:

→ peers who relate to them
→ personal networks built over years
→ the credibility of doing the actual work

Founder-led content is powerful. Employee-led content is how you scale it.

Last week I took a full ski vacation and didn't open my LinkedIn once, yet we still managed to post 7x that week and generate 110k+ impressions. All because of a content engine we've built over the years. Here's how it works:  

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭: 𝗣𝗿𝗲-𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝘂𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸  

barash uses our content archetype to map out the content calendar weeks in advance. It's made up of 4 pillars:  

• Tactical: Immediately actionable information (like this post) 
• Aspirational: Case studies & success story breakdowns

Once topics are locked, Barash does additional research and prepares targeted questions designed to pull my POV, contrarian takes, and stories.  

We hop on a call recorded in Riverside. Sometimes I also send voice notes or draft posts myself on topics I want to cover.  

Either way, everything gets uploaded into our platform notusOS, which creates great first drafts.  

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯: 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲  

Before my ski trip, I sat down and reviewed everything Barash had prepared. Because the system was already running, I could approve an entire week's content in one 2hr session.  

That time gets me 6-7 LinkedIn posts, repurposing material for our newsletter, and evergreen content we can revisit later. Our rule of thumb: every three months you can repurpose your best content.

This is how I post 6x per week while running a 20+ person agency. The content feels authentic because it comes from real conversations about what's actually happening in my business.

The CEO of a $156 billion company carved out time to personally interview celebrities on 33 podcast episodes. Yet founders with teams of 20+ still say "content isn't a priority right now."

Jim Farley runs Ford. One of the largest automakers in the world.

And yet he personally hosted DRIVE, a podcast where he interviewed T-Pain, Rob Gronkowski, Kelly Clarkson, Neil deGrasse Tyson, Tom Brady, and many more celebrity guests.

He didn't delegate it to a different host. He didn't hand it off to his communications team. He decided to spearhead the communication himself and be the face of Ford's content distribution.

The comments on auto forums say it all:

→ "This podcast makes me want to buy more Ford vehicles"
→ "Jim is one of us and a rare CEO with both knowledge and passion"
→ "Jim is out front talking up Ford while Mary Barra at GM keeps a fairly low profile"

There's a clear pattern: people are drawn to Ford over other brands because it feels human and personal.

This isn't just brand affinity. Farley understood something strategic: when founders control their narrative directly, as Lulu Cheng puts it, they "shape the information environment their companies need to thrive." They build movements, not just businesses.

CEO-led content isn't limited to automotive.

One of our partners, Hubert Rhomberg, CEO of one of the largest construction companies in Austria, saw this firsthand. When we launched his YouTube channel, the response was immediate. 

15,900+ subscribers and hundreds of thousands of views later, people consistently comment about how refreshing it is to see the authentic perspective of a CEO who built a billion-dollar company.

The smartest founders understand something counterintuitive: your communication responsibility grows with your company, not shrinks.

The more momentum you have → the busier you get → the more important it becomes to keep communication active and own the narrative.

Both cases prove the same thing: when founders show up as real people, audiences respond.

Your passion, vision, and conviction can't be simulated by others. The story is your product. And the CEOs who take responsibility for their company's voice are building trust and competitive advantages their competitors can't buy with ads.

If the CEO of a Fortune 500 company has time for a weekly podcast, you definitely have time to post on LinkedIn.

Adam Robinson bootstrapped RB2B from $0 to $7.5M ARR using LinkedIn as his main growth channel. After studying his journey for days, here's what makes his founder-led content play one of the best I've ever seen:

𝗕𝗔𝗖𝗞𝗚𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗

Adam Robinson has built three successful companies from the ground up:

• Robly Email Marketing: built and exited for 8 figures after 9 years
• Retention(dot)com: scaled to $20M ARR with zero funding
• RB2B: launched Sept 2023, now at $7.5M ARR

RB2B seems to have grown the fastest. And it was built (almost) entirely through his personal LinkedIn presence. Here's what he did differently:

𝟭. 𝗛𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁-𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝘁 

Adam had been building a LinkedIn audience for twelve months trying to sell e-commerce tools through Retention(dot)com. The content helped his reputation in that space, but it wasn't booking him demos.

Adam asked his consultant at the time: "Do you mind if I just start writing for B2B people like myself that we'd be selling into?"

Before his pivot, posts averaged 50-70 likes. His first B2B post about why "BDR wasn't working anymore" hit 3,000 likes.

He also wrote about why the predictable revenue model was dead. It was controversial but resonated. 

His followers exploded from 20,000 to 40,000 in 7 days.

Adam's test: "If these do well, then I know how to write on LinkedIn. If they don't, then I'm still sort of lost." 

𝟮. 𝗛𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆

When RB2B hit a wall, he publicly declared it "dead" on LinkedIn. When 6sense sent him a cease-and-desist letter, he posted it directly & got 1,600+ likes and 900+ comments.

He maintains a public Baremetrics dashboard showing real-time revenue.

𝟯. 𝗛𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝗯

This is the part most people miss.

Adam spends a big part of his working hours on his personal brand. Posts daily. Spends a lot of his writing time just on hooks. Invests money into working with amazing consultants like Alec Paul.

He built a 2,000-person waitlist before RB2B even launched. Today he has 140,000+ followers and drives a big portion of RB2B's traffic through LinkedIn alone.

Paid ads got no ROI (or at least not enough to justify the $100K/month spend). LinkedIn organic founder-led content was one of the main things that worked.

𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗥𝗕𝟮𝗕 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆

• $1M ARR in 16 weeks
• $7.5M ARR by February 2026

This $300M ARR SaaS company recently shared that they have 15+ employees posting content on LinkedIn, 5 of them with 20K+ followers. Here's why EGC is the most underpriced channel in B2B:

I am talking about ClickUp. Their "EGC" aka. employee generated content playbook is worth paying attention to. Here are some of the people behind the movement:

→ Chris Cunningham (Founding Member, 32K followers) is the architect behind the whole program and posts about it publicly. He shares takedowns of outdated marketing playbooks, creator-led growth case studies, and origin stories from ClickUp's earliest days.

→ Zeb Evans (Founder and CEO, 55K followers) posts his personal founder journey. Laptop notes from 2013, AI agents saving him 4-5 hours a day, bets he made before anyone else was paying attention.

→ Kyle Coleman (Global VP of Marketing, 144K followers) shares revenue-org playbooks. How to do pre-call research, SDR tactics, pipeline wins. The kind of content you only get from someone who's actually doing the work.

→ Gaurav Agarwal (COO, 19K followers) owns the milestone posts. G2 awards, 11 straight quarters of growth, $300M ARR. Clean, proud, and team-first. COO-level transparency that builds trust inside + outside the company.

→ Trent Wakefield,(Commercial Account Executive, 21K followers) posts the frontline AE life. Super Agents with names and personalities, sales mindset, personal stories. Raw sales content.

These are not ClickUp posts. They are Zeb posts. Kyle posts. Gaurav posts. Trent posts.

A group of experts documenting their day-to-day work. None of them are directly pitching ClickUp. They don't have to.

Since they publish content around their work-life & interests, the products they use naturally become part of the conversation. Turns out all of them use ClickUp.

In doing so, they become the bridge between an audience that trusts them and the company they work for.

One more thing worth noticing: almost every active ClickUp employee on LinkedIn has the same style profile picture:

→ Clear background 
→ Corporate headshot
→ Looking straight into the camera

But there's a twist. A lot of them wear a superhero ClickUp mask in the brand colors. 🦸🏻

This is a great way to create brand familiarity across employees and to actually stand out in the LinkedIn feed.

I see other companies do this with just background colors or emojis in employee names. But I really like how ClickUp is executing on this.

As Chris said himself “your team is your distribution engine. Start using it.”

Plus, your company page will never have what your people have:

→ stories from real life experience

Founder-led content is powerful.
Employee-led content is how you scale it.

Sam Parr is leaving money on the table with LinkedIn. If I were running his profile, here's what I'd do to turn it into Hampton's nr.1 acquisition channel:

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭: 𝗙𝗶𝘅 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲

At the moment, Sam's profile isn't doing any work:

• No Hampton value prop
• No CTA in bio
• No Hampton promo in featured section
• No custom URL to the "Are you a fit?" form
  
If someone discovers Sam and lands on his profile, theres no context about Hampton nor guidance on how to apply. 

You don't need a corny purpose statement. But at least include some CTAs to drive traffic to the application form.

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮: 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

Hampton's ICP is already crystal clear: founders and CEOs of tech-enabled companies doing $3M+ in revenue, $3M+ in funding, or a $10M+ exit.

These people spend a lot of time on LinkedIn (lucky for us).

So the move is simple: segment them by location, industry, etc., build simple lead-lists, and start sending blank connection requests through a tool like HeyReach.io

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯: 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲

Sam posts a lot. His humor is authentic. You can tell it's actually him. But there's no clear system behind it.

He's also sitting on a goldmine of member stories and barely tapping into them. Great raw material. Not being used to its full potential.

I would organize everything into four content pillars:

• Tactical: Founder advice from building The Hustle and Hampton, plus proven member playbooks
• Aspirational: Case studies and success stories of Hampton members
• Insightful: Sam's take on trends and shifts in the founder space
• Personal: Building in public on all things Hampton
  
With that base, you can still sprinkle in off-the-cuff content on top.

(don't get me started on the potential of lead magnets...)

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟰: 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝘃𝗶𝗮 𝗗𝗠𝘀

Sam already gets strong impressions. The question is what happens after someone engages.

I'd place an appointment setter in his DMs and use an external tool to track ICP LinkedIn signals (profile views, engagement, followers)

The setter now has a warm lead list to work through daily.

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟱: 𝗥𝘂𝗻 𝗔𝗱𝘀 𝗔𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁

Once we have 3-4 months of organic content data, I'd boost the best-performing posts as thought leadership ads (focused on Hampton case studies). 

I'd target the same ICP list from above + retargeting layer.

I'd also make sure every ad includes a CTA to the Hampton form.

𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟲: 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀

Once this is working, I'd apply the same playbook to other Hampton team members to multiply the reach and signals beyond Sam's account.

Sam, you’ve built something awesome (& I love MFM). The audience is there. The stories are there. LinkedIn could be one of Hampton’s biggest growth channels.
