"Changing the way people think about Web3" 

Catchy and intriguing titles are all in a day’s work, especially when you’re not just investing as a fund, but also building the next co-working & community space of tomorrow and building Web3 infrastructure. 

For years, I've accumulated experience in marketing, community and product management, until in 2021, I fully plunged into the Web3 rabbit hole.

I founded nft studio Berlin, an agency catering to brands. We developed our own NFT & Metaverse projects, until eventually, we transitioned to the other side.

At w3, we have not only established ourselves as a authentic brand but also distinguished ourselves as one of the few funds in Germany that invest in Web3 startups and the community culture, which plays a significant role in the scene.

I'm turning 30 this year and spent my twenties building companies. My younger self would probably never have thought that this would be the journey.

Here's the thing → entrepreneurship was never my dream or part of any self-actualization plan.

Anyone who knows me knows being a "leader" wasn't important to me. But sometimes we slip into things or say yes to opportunities that feel like they could change everything.

Back in university, when I said yes to Henrik and Jonathan, it felt like accepting a marriage proposal. Scary but right.

The beautiful thing about team founding? Even when you don't believe you have the skills, you can complement each other's strengths.

Why am I writing this?

LinkedIn is obsessed with success stories → announcements, record revenues, big events, promotions. That's what the algorithm rewards.

Personally, I wish I shared more fails and learnings. But: 
→ It doesn't perform well algorithmically 
→ People barely read long posts anymore (if you're reading this, I kiss your eyes) 
→ What will partners, co-founders, employees think if I share what I really think?

I love my job. But working in a space that's been "so early" since 2009 is sometimes unrewarding. Too many people lost money, and for most outsiders, the only association is "scam."

It's exhausting not being VC-backed and being unable to scale at the same pace as "insert B2B SaaS AI product here."

Yet I couldn't be prouder of saying yes back then and experiencing the craziest rollercoaster with my best friends.

Your twenties are such a weird phase → you go through so many changes and learn so many "new" things about life. 

I'm an adult carrying massive responsibility, but I don't feel like one. 

Most days, I'm still that curious kid wanting to understand how the world works and how our lives and technology evolve. Only difference? Now I can actually contribute to that evolution.

2025 was intense. The best part about 2026? I have absolutely no idea what's coming.

But the rollercoaster continues.

My first hire was a working student. Quinn wasn’t the best candidate on paper, but he had something else that I still value to this day (he has much more responsibility now):

He understood our mission, listened to my podcast (back in the days Marvin Sanginés and myself recorded over 100 episodes together. Quinn was one of the first ones to listen), and genuinely wanted to build his career in Web3. 

That passion was impossible to miss.

Three years later, Quinn has become exactly what our w3.group ecosystem needs.

I haven't hired enough people for a bulletproof philosophy, but burning motivation matters way more to me than grades or degrees.

What I've learned: 
→ Passion for your mission beats perfect qualifications 
→ Cultural alignment and shared vision are everything 
→ People who believe in your journey will grow with it 
→ Sometimes the "risky" hire becomes your most valuable team member

Our creative collaboration has become really smooth. After three years, we know exactly how to work together.

Recently, Quinn started crushing it on LinkedIn. His storytelling? 10/10 (yes, I'm biased).

I think: In content marketing, we need stories that emotionally engage people and build relationships. 

Together, we've achieved that - especially with w3.hub, becoming faces people trust.

☀️ Right now, we're building the marketing setup for Berlin Blockchain Festival this summer. The creativity is there and i am more than curious for the next step of executing it.

But sometimes you have to break your own rules.

"Dreistigkeit siegt" - someone told me after my last campaign post. If that's true, let's keep going. Because this approach just landed us multiple calls and intros.

Here's what happened since I shared our dream partner list for Berlin Blockchain Festival and started tagging companies (+ the ones working there):

Had calls with Bitpanda, Coinbase, and Google (to be fair, I know all the people. But the nudge helped to jump in calls quicker).

Klarna, ESN and Visa reached out directly. Still in progress, though.

Helpful intros and support keeps flowing in, I appreciate that a lot. Somehow shows that people trust us and want to see this project grow. THX <3

It's not even February. We've never been this early and this prepared.

Sales in public? Maybe. But it's working.

Random people with random requests in my inbox are getting on my nerves.

We live in an attention economy. 

We’re constantly being bombarded with something and have to actively decide whether to give someone our attention or not.

And yet, people actually believe that the most generic outreach messages work to sell me their SaaS product.

My absolute favorites are the “let’s discuss synergies” messages 🥹🤍

Everyone who sends me this has obviously never been busy. If I called everyone who just wanted to “discuss synergies,” I’d have no time left to work.

To be fair, I had to learn all these things too. When I co-founded our companies at 22, I didn’t necessarily know how to do proper outreach. 

🥲 If you’ve received similar messages from me in my first couple years of building - you can definitely blame me.

But I quickly learned what works and what doesn’t, and I’ve been adapting ever since.

While LinkedIn was certainly THE platform for this kind of outreach once, it’s simply not enough anymore to slide into someone’s DMs and drop a mile-long text - believe me, I am not reading anything that's longer than a 30 sec read.

I skillfully ignore this stuff now - even though I didn’t want to admit it at first because I thought it would make me seem arrogant.

But my time and attention are limited, and I’d rather invest them in authentic connections and meaningful conversations.

I'm a creative person (good) but really bad in timeboxing my creative sessions (not so good). Let me explain my way around it and what this has to do with organizing events you don't want to miss:

Creativity can't be timeboxed.

But you can definitely influence how you create the right conditions for it.

Quinn Wilhelm and I have been the marketing duo at w3.group for a while now. 

Content and marketing have always been my thing, and since Quinn joined a few years ago, we've been pushing this together.

The challenge? 

We're constantly firefighting. 

Content planning weeks in advance feels nearly impossible when you're running multiple companies under w3group and priorities shift based on what's most urgent (founders know the drill).

But for our Berlin Blockchain Festival this summer, things are different:

→ We started outreach in Q4 2025 
→ We're working with Better Life GmbH and our event manager Alina Straub 
= We finally have pros who can handle the operational stuff, letting us focus on what we do best: CREATIVITY :D

Sounds easier than it is though. 

You can't just enforce creativity. Quinn and I are pretty creative and bold, but we create our best work when we sit together and bounce ideas off each other.

Something that's been missing too much lately.

We call them "Creative Content Sessions" - we look at other campaigns, get inspired, discuss our ideas, or just work side by side.

We decided to bring them back: In early January, we had a 4-hour session analyzing social media from other conferences and events. Most of it was super boring (no offense, especially in Web3), but a few had something worth stealing.

Then we tackled the classic questions every event in 2026 should ask:
→ Why should someone physically come to your event? 
→ Why would they share it on social media beforehand or during? 
→ How do you create those network effects? 
→ What makes an event REALLY cool?

Here's the thing: Most events already have good content, the right brands, and speakers. But that only becomes relevant once you're there.

Before that, you need to build genuine excitement.

So instead of the usual pre-event stuff (speaker announcements, agendas, partners), we're taking you along on our creative journey. 

Completely transparent (you may have seen some posts already). 

Some things will work, some might not (i will update you on this regularly).

My creative ideas vs. actually executing them (aka how my last post felt)

Manchmal wirke ich arrogant – dabei bin ich einfach unsicher.

Das zu schreiben fällt mir nicht leicht.
Denn Arroganz ist nichts, womit man sich gern identifizieren möchte. Und trotzdem habe ich über die Jahre gemerkt: Meine Unsicherheit wird von außen oft genau so gelesen.

Wenn ich still bin, bin ich nicht abgehoben.
Wenn ich zurückhaltend wirke, fehlt mir nicht das Interesse.
Oft ist es einfach Unsicherheit. Die Angst, zu viel zu sein. Oder nicht genug.

Was ich gelernt habe: Menschen sehen nicht unsere Gedanken – sie sehen nur unser Verhalten. Und wenn wir uns selbst nicht zeigen, füllen andere diese Lücke mit ihren eigenen Interpretationen.

Was mir hilft (und vielleicht auch euch):

1. Unsicherheit nicht verstecken, sondern benennen.
Ein ehrliches „Ich bin gerade etwas nervös“ wirkt oft verbindender als jedes perfekte Auftreten.

2. Aktiv auf andere zugehen – auch wenn es Überwindung kostet.
Ein Lächeln, eine Frage, echtes Interesse. Offenheit ist eine Entscheidung, kein Persönlichkeitsmerkmal.

3. Eigene Werte klar haben.
Wer weiß, wofür er steht, muss sich weniger schützen. Unsicherheit wird oft dann laut, wenn wir innerlich nicht verankert sind.

4. Arroganz ist manchmal Selbstschutz.
Sich das einzugestehen, verändert den Blick – auf sich selbst und auf andere.

Ich übe noch. Jeden Tag.
Offener zu sein. Mich zu zeigen. Und gleichzeitig zu mir und meinen Werten zu stehen – auch wenn das nicht immer bequem ist.

Junge Menschen verlieren das Vertrauen in die Rente und gewinnen Zuversicht an der Börse.


Immer mehr junge Leute fangen mit dem Investieren an. Es wird natürlich auch immer einfacher und immer mehr Anbieter bieten smarte Angebote, um schnell und kostengünstig mit einem Sparplan zu starten.

Gemeinsam mit Niklas Schwab und Fabian Walter war ich diese Woche beim Launch Event von bitpanda, wo man bald auch noch ein größeres Aktien & ETF Angebot bekommt. Creator, die über Finanzen sprechen haben natürlichauch einen Einfluss darauf, dass junge Menschen den Entschluss zum Investieren fassen. Ich versuche mit meinem Finanzcontent das Vorbild für junge Frauen zu sein, was ich als Teenager gebraucht hätte.

Du darfst zwei Sätze in Judith Williams TV-Stream sagen & hast schon einen vierstelligen Umsatz gemacht…

Teleshopping ist einfach noch immer so ein mächtiger Channel. Am Montag durfte ich zwei Minuten bei Judith Williams in ihrem HSE Home Shopping Europe GmbH Stream bekommen und das war so wertvoll. 
Meine Zahnpflege Brand artem oral care GmbH ist noch ganz neu, besonders für das HSE Publikum. Aber ich war überrascht, wie schnell die Zuschauerinnen durch die Zusammenarbeit mit Judith auch zu uns Vertrauen aufgebaut haben und direkt unser soft white Gel testen wollen.

Heute um 17h sind Rebecca Linneweber Dr. Theresa Meusburger und ich live in der App bei hse und wir hoffen, dass der Stream mindestens auch so erfolgreich wird!

Und auf einmal erzählte sie mir, dass ihr Freund sie betrogen hat…

Klingt nach einer etwas komischen Geschichte für LinkedIn, aber tatsächlich hat diese Break Up Story mir gestern erst wieder gezeigt, welchen impact man als Creatorin hat und dass man mehr ist als ein „Werbegesicht“. Denn mir hat diese Geschichte am Montag eine Followerin am Bahngleis erzählt (ich scheine da echt oft erkannt zu werden😅) und in diesem Moment ist mir wieder bewusst geworden, wie nah man als creator doch auch seinen Followern ist und dass man kein entfernter Celebrity ist, sondern eher eine Person, die sich vertraut anfühlt, fast schon manchmal zu vertraut. 
Ehrlich gesagt, war ich etwas überfordert, als mir die junge frau am Gleis ihre Geschichte geschildert hat, aber irgendwie fand ich es auch ein schönes Zeichen, dass sie sich mir so verletzlich zeigen wollte und scheinbar auch einfach jemanden in diesem Moment zum Reden gebraucht hat. 
Ich habe dann mit ihr über mein letztes breakup geredet, sie umarmt und bin dann in mein Abteil gestiegen. Ich hoffe, sie meistert die Trennung gut 🙏🏻

Ja, in Startups investieren ist cool, aber noch lieber investiere ich in ETFs.

Die finanzielle Vorsorge mit ETFs ist und bleibt für mich einfach das sicherste. Klar, mittlerweile sind auch Edelmetalle, sowie Kryptowährungen dazu gekommen, aber ich bin schon ein wenig stolz, dass ich mit kaum Aufwand und einer simplen anlagestrategie den Wert meines ersten Portfolios verdoppeln konnte (in 6 Jahren) 

Vorher hatte ich von meiner Hausbank zu viele Deka-Fonds empfohlen bekommen und habe dann entschieden, dass ich es selbst in die Hand nehmen will. Weniger Gebühren UND weniger Trust issues. So kann es weitergehen mit meinem Portfolio. Schauen wir mal…

Diese Investments habe ich NICHT gemacht, obwohl sie im Nachhinein ein Erfolgs-Case waren/ sind

Gerade als Investorin kommt es natürlich darauf an, welche Deals man macht, ABER auch welche man verneint und bei ein paar Themen war ich eventuell persönlich zu sehr voreingenommen. Deswegen teile ich sie mal mit euch mit dem Impuls, dass viele Startups auch oft einfach wirklich Zeit brauchen, entscheidend ist aber das Team und wie sie zusammen sich weiterentwickeln…

-> Nagelfolien und klebenägel I gerade in Deutschland gibt es mittlerweile einige Player. Weil ich selbst an meinen Nägeln kaue und mir die Folien „zu lange“ im auftragen gebraucht haben, habe ich die Chance nicht gesehen…mittlerweile lieben es so viele Menschen 

-> alles mit Matcha😅 Matcha und Kollagen waren besonders im letzten Jahr im Hype und viele early Matcha brands konnten dadurch letztes Jahr einfach gut wachsen. Indirekt profitiert sicher auch lap davon, wo ich als Angel investiert bin, aber vor 6 Jahren hab ich den Hype noch nicht gesehen…

->Fake Schokolade I immer mehr Hersteller nutzen „Schokolade“ gewonnen aus einem fermentierungsprozess mit Rapsöl. Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass so schnell immer mehr Firmen echte Schokolade ersetzen. 

Natürlich habe ich auch einige smarte Investment-Entscheidungen getroffen, aber im Nachhinein ist man immer schlauer 🫠🙈

Die Jobs, die ich neben Social Media und meinem Studium gemacht habe, haben mich am meisten geprägt…

Manchmal vergesse ich, was ich tatsächlich schon alles für Jobs hatte😅 neben Nachhilfe habe ich im Studium einen Verlag beraten, die das erste Mal mit Creatorn ein Magazin launchen wollten und war mit auf Shooting Trips in Cannes und vor noch gar nicht allzu langer Zeit habe ich bei Nelly Solutions  die ersten Videos für die Meta ads gedreht und ganz viel über Marketing im b2b gelernt. 

Weil ich schon, seitdem ich ich 18 bin, zum größten Teil, mein eigener Chef bin, war es trotzdem wertvoll auch mal von und mit anderen zu lernen. Tatsächlich fehlt mir heute/ aktuell manchmal ein bisschen ein Mentor. Das wird eines meiner Ziele sein, jemanden zu suchen, von dem ich nochmal besonders im Bereich d2c etwas lernen kann. Denn wenn ich eins auch schon früh gelernt habe, dass man sich immer trauen soll, andere um Hilfe zu fragen.

Wenn dein Produkt zur Routine wird, hast du es geschafft.

Die Brands, die in den letzten Monaten besonders erfolgreich waren, haben eines gemeinsam:
Sie haben es geschafft, Teil des Alltags ihrer Kund:innen zu werden – täglich oder zumindest wöchentlich.

Egal ob Matcha am Morgen, Kollagen im Smoothie oder Retinol in der Abendroutine.
Diese Produkte werden nicht „ab und zu“ genutzt – sie sind ritualisiert.

Für mich als Investorin und Gründerin ist genau das ein entscheidender Marker:
	•	Kommen Kund:innen wieder?
	•	Wird das Produkt nachgekauft – oder sogar abonniert?
	•	Entsteht Gewohnheit statt einmaligem Test?

Routine ist mehr als Retention.
Routine ist Vertrauen.
Und Vertrauen ist die Basis für nachhaltige Marken.

Gerade deshalb habe ich mir für dieses Jahr mit meinen eigenen Brands viel vorgenommen.
Ich freue mich auf den Aufbau, auf das Lernen, auf die Iterationen.
Gleichzeitig weiß ich auch: Das wird Arbeit. Viel Arbeit.

Und ja – vor Teilen davon habe ich auch Respekt.
Vor der Konsequenz, die es braucht.
Vor der Verantwortung gegenüber Kund:innen, Team und mir selbst.

Aber genau dort entsteht am Ende Substanz.
Nicht im nächsten Hype – sondern in Produkten, die Menschen wirklich begleiten.

Das erste mal Returns als Investorin & eine neue Gründung.

2025 war rückblickend ein aufregendes Jahr, besonders für mich als Startup Investorin/ Business Angel.

✅ 2 mal finanzielle Returns aus ersten Startup-Investments gemacht
✅ 4 Startup Investments in der Pre-seed & Seed-Phase getätigt
✅ mein erstes Funds-Investment gemacht
✅ ein Venture inkubiert, was bald soft launchen wird
✅ eine neue Consumer Brand gegründet


Hoffen wir mal, dass 2026 das Ganze noch toppen wird. Ich gebe auf jeden Fall mein Bestes. Besonders gespannt bin ich darauf, was Rebecca Linneweber und ich mit artem oral care GmbH erreichen werden. Wir sind sogar mit unserem Hero Produkt bald das erste Mal live bei HSE Home Shopping Europe GmbH :)

hat mir die Tür geöffnet, um Startup Investorin zu werden. Denn mein „baby-Ticket“ damals von einem vierstelligen Betrag war nicht das spannende für das erste Startup, in das ich investiert habe. Sondern meine Personal Brand, meine Reichweite UND mein Social Media Knowhow. 

Dieser Post soll euch einfach daran erinnern, wie wichtig es heutzutage ist, eine personal Brand zu haben. Gerade auch wenn ihr gründet oder andere Karriere Ziele habt, zeigt euch!!! Das kann am Ende der unfaire Vorteil sein. Früher dachte ich auch, dass ich nicht will; dass nen Team eine personal Brand hat. Mittlerweile sehe ich das ganz anders und ermutige jeden, der mit mir arbeitet, sich zu zeigen. Man kann einfach nur gewinnen und man lernt dabei so viel über sich selbst, wie andere eine warnehmen und wer easygoing vor einer Kamera reden kann, hat schon viel gewonnen!
