I’ve been fortunate in my career to work internationally supporting Blue Chip, National and Independent organisations across corporate, business development, operations, technical support and engineering. It’s been an amazing journey so far as we continuously learn from the challenges, employees and customer feedback. 

Working in the energy sector has offered myself the opportunity to establish a genuine passion for leading brand relevance, change management, step change in safety, profitability to the shareholder and driving a solution selling culture. 

In my current leadership role as the Group Director for Merger & Acquisition Integration, I have the privilege of leading Expro’s integration projects and associated SteerCo teams reporting to the Executive Management Team.  

Continuous personal development has always been something I believe in and support the teams with. The energy sector moves just as fast as many others so it’s true when they say, “don’t get left behind”, for myself recently as a mature student, achieving distinction with the Chartered Institute of Marketing for a Master’s degree course was definitely a high and I’m also a keen supporter of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, so I enjoy getting the opportunity to speak at events and share knowledge. 

I am familiar with working alongside C-Suite to develop strategy underpinned by strategic initiatives and KPI’s (Yes, it’s accurate what they say, if it’s not measured it’s not actioned). 

Outside of work my passion is family, fitness and wellbeing. I ran my first London Marathon in 2008 and since then raise what I can for various charities across many events covering many miles, mountains and milestones. This passion for the outdoors has supported me through the ups and downs that life throws at us and allowed myself the opportunity to cross the finish line with friends, family and colleagues many times.

I’m still a believer that we all make mistakes and that having the right mentors around us is more important than almost anything in your career. 

The future is still out there and I’m looking forward to continuing the journey…
