Hello, I'm Maeg, a freelance Talent Acquisition Manager specializing in tech and product. With over five years of experience at Urban Linker, where I held the position of Senior Team Manager, I have developed deep expertise in team management, training, and the development of scalable processes. I have managed teams of up to 8 people and led projects aimed at structuring and optimizing recruitment, both for my clients and internally.
