- Events organization: Organising seminars with panel discussion and inspiration speech set up followed by high targeted lead generation campaigns for SAP, Verint and SSP.
- Understanding ‘FinTech’ clients’ business needs, drivers and requirements: Managing campaigns from inception to completion with a strong eye to core client deliverables, budgets and timelines.
- Microsoft campaigns: Managing Appbuilder campaigns (for developers to develop Apps on Microsoft Gaming, Phone and Windows 8), as well as the launch of the O365 campaign internally and externally (for distributors). I have also managed and monitored their financial challenges and requirements.

Account Manager

EDENRED FRANCE

- Designed new products to develop the market position of Edenred services and enhance the national brand image through analysing market trends. I also established business models to evaluate project pricing and profitability. 
- Carried out product and service launches, coordinating with the company’s primary divisions (production, commercial, IT, legal and financial management).  
- Digital marketing acquisition: Managing e-mail campaigns to enhance sales and attract new prospects.
- Wrote and designed all on and offline support, including website content and design, client proposals and booklet
- Organised both internal and external national events and exhibitions to improve the Edenred brand and its image, and to help ensure long-term growth such as the 30% attendance increase on work council events every year. I also increased their issue volume from 50K€ to 300K€ on a two year term). 
- Increased the donations to the French Red Cross charity: Delivered a 58% increase on total donations generated in two years, bringing in an extra 400K€, through heavy promotion of dedicated partnerships through Social Media like Facebook and Twitter, and our organisation’s social and ethic responsibilities. 
- Mobile marketing: Achieved two iPhone Apps’ specifications for Ticket Restaurant® (55K downloads) and Ticket Kadeos® (8K downloads), and launched the internal and external communications plan.

J’ai une histoire d’amour qui dure depuis 15 ans avec le recrutement. 

Comme dans toutes les belles histoires, il y a eu des hauts et des bas. 

2007 : Je deviens chasseur de tête à Londres. Je montre LinkedIn aux collègues, ils me rient au nez.

2011 : Je fonde Link Humans, formation au sourcing pour les recruteurs.

2014 : Je me sépare de mon associé. Un période difficile.

2018 : Link Humans devient L’école du recrutement. Plus de 13 salariés.

2021 : je vends la société aux salariés et je quitte le recrutement 

Je créé alors le podcast  "Il était une fois l'entrepreneur" (20000 écoutes / mois), dans lequel je raconte les histoires de ceux qui entreprennent. 

2023 : Je reviens dans le recrutement  ! 

j’ai co-fondé Les Talents Narratifs, la 1ère agence de contenu pour les pros du recrutement.

Pendant ces 3 années loin du recrutement, ce qu’on m’a demandé le plus c’est :

J’ai passé l’année à tout décortiquer.
Voici ce qu’il faut vraiment retenir.


𝟏. 𝐋𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐞́ 𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐭, 𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐞 𝐬’𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐬
2,4 M projets d’embauche (–14 %).
293 000 recrutements cadres (–3 %).
21,8 % de ruptures de période d’essai (x2 en 10 ans).

On n’est plus dans le boom post-Covid.
On revient au réel.

𝟐. 𝐋𝐞𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬 𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭
15 % de chômage chez les recruteurs.
Les annonces de recruteurs passent de 14 000 → 8 000.
La charge grimpe : 9 → 14 postes par recruteur.
Les candidatures explosent : +120 %.

Résultat : dur d'être recruteur en 2025 mais on sera les 1ers à revenir.

Et c’est faux.
L’étude la plus complète jamais menée sur le sujet — 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐝𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐝 — dit autre chose.

𝐒𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐝𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬 𝐝𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐞 :
➡️ 10 % des métiers exposés à l’IA,

ATS, jobboards, LinkedIn… aucun n’a supprimé des postes.
Ils ont juste changé la manière de recruter.
