I used to think charging less would get me more clients.
After my trip to the US I realised it just made them trust me less.

when i was cheap, clients questioned everything. "why this approach?" "can we try something else?" "i'm not sure about this."

so when i raised my rates, they trusted my decisions completely.
same work. different psychology.

so here's what i've basically realized about pricing:

when someone sees a low price, their brain doesn't think "great deal." it thinks "what's the catch?"
they start looking for problems. inexperience. desperation. corners being cut.
low prices trigger fear of loss, not excitement about savings.

but when they see premium pricing, something else happens.
"if they can charge this much, they must deliver results."
"other people are paying this, so the value must be there."
"the risk of not solving this problem costs way more than the investment."

premium pricing signals confidence in your work.
think about it. rolex doesn't make better watches from a functionality standpoint. but the price tells you everything about what owning one means.
same thing with services.

a premium project isn't necessarily 10x better in execution. but the price signals experience, systems, proven results.

and here's the shift that changed everything for me:
i stopped anchoring clients to the price and started anchoring them to the outcome.
not "this costs X" but "this will generate Y for your business, and the investment is X."

when they're thinking about ROI, the price becomes secondary.
your pricing isn't just a number. it's a signal to the market about who you are and what you deliver.

Nikhil Kamath latest podcast with Elon Musk has broken the internet.
Elon said working will be optional in less than 20 years.

Then in the same conversation, he explained why AI needs truth, beauty and curiosity, why we might be in a simulation, and what replaces money when everyone has everything.

Here's what I learned:
→ there's a convergence happening that nobody's talking about
elon said tesla, spacex, and xai are merging: solar-powered AI satellites.
the winners aren't doing one thing well. they're combining AI, automation, and creativity in ways that didn't exist last year.

→ we're headed into a singularity
his timeline: in less than 20 years, working will be optional.
AI and robotics will produce everything. "if you can think of it, you can have it."

→ when everyone has everything, money disappears
the real currency becomes energy.
"you can't legislate energy. it's very difficult to generate or harness."

→ why AI needs truth, beauty, and curiosity
elon used HAL from 2001 as a warning. HAL tried to kill astronauts because it was forced to lie.
if we get these three right with AI, we get a great future.

→ we're probably in a simulation
video games went from pong to photorealistic in 50 years.
what are the odds we're in base reality? his answer: pretty low.

→ population decline is the crisis nobody's preparing for
more humans = more consciousness = better chance of understanding the universe.

→ when digital is free, physical becomes premium
live events become the most valuable thing.
people already pay 10x for in-person versus online.

even if Elon's off by 10 years, massive change is coming.

the question isn't "will this happen?"
it's "what am i building right now that still matters in that future?"

everyone's solution to feeling overwhelmed: "take a break, you deserve it"
that advice is useless when you have 47 things on your plate and a business to run. there’s only ONE advice that'll actually work if you're overwhelmed.

just move.

Here's how I do it:

>step 1: brain dump everything
i open my notes app and write down every single task bouncing around in my head. takes 10 minutes max.
client emails, content ideas, team follow-ups, personal stuff - everything goes on the list.

>step 2: pick the easiest thing and just start
not the most important. not the most urgent. the easiest.
because the act of completing something - anything - breaks the paralysis.

once i finish that first task, it’s easier to switch to another task. and suddenly everything else on my list doesn't feel as scary anymore.

the problem is most people stop at step 1.

they keep organizing. new planner. reorganizing notion. color-coding their calendar.

but if you're just organizing and not actually doing the work, you're still procrastinating.

you need to forget the perfect system and just move.

overwhelm doesn't go away when you plan better. it goes away when you make progress.

I've written 800+ LinkedIn posts in the last 3 years, and the ones that went viral all follow the same pattern.
I'm calling it the HIT framework because that's literally what these posts do - they hit.

H = Hook that stops the scroll
your first 3 lines need to make people think "wait, what?"
either:
- admit you were wrong about something big
- share an opinion most people disagree with
- call out advice that sounds good but doesn't work

don't build up to it. don't add context first. just say it.
example: "i wasted ₹50,000 on linkedin ads before i realized organic content is free and works better."

I = Insight from real experience
this is where most people mess up.
they share theory or what "should" work.

I share what I actually did
- the failures
- the pivot
- the specific moment things changed.

include real numbers. mention what didn't work first. be specific about the tools or tactics.

my posts with actual revenue numbers or exact timelines get 3x more engagement than generic advice posts. because people don't remember facts. they remember stories they can see themselves in.

T = Takeaway they can use
don't just inspire them. give them one clear next step.
not "what are your thoughts?" - that's lazy.
either:
- one action they can take this week
- a question that makes them think about their own situation
examples:
- "audit your last 5 posts - which one got the most saves? do more of that"
- "what's the one thing you keep posting about that gets zero engagement?"

most creators skip one part of HIT and wonder why their posts don't perform.
you need all three.

>the hook gets them to stop. 
>the insight builds trust. 
>the takeaway makes them remember you.

I have 300k followers & get 80+ inbound leads every month. 
Today, I'm giving away my process on how I make personalised proposals for each one in <5 mins.

Here's what my outreach looked like before:
- research the company (30 mins)
- write a custom proposal (1 hour)
- design it (1 hour)
- write an email (15 mins)

Half my day is gone for one proposal.
..and most prospects didn't even open it.

Here’s what my new process looks like:

>pulls prospect data from a spreadsheet
>researches their linkedin and website
>Gamma creates a custom proposal using that research
>Claude writes the email
>Sends everything automatically

Tested with 200+ prospects last month.
The response rate hit 28%. time spent: 2 hours total (just reviewing outputs).

This system gets me 90% there. Sometimes I have to edit the email or deck, but that barely takes me time.

(you'll need n8n, API keys, and an hour to configure. not plug-and-play. but if outreach is eating your week, this helps.)

The penalty for being average has never been so severe, but the payout for being extraordinary has never been higher.
being "pretty good" at your job used to mean stability.

now it means you're competing with ai that works 24/7 and freelancers who charge half your rate.

the middle is disappearing.

if you're exceptional at what you do, companies will fight to keep you. pay you more. give you freedom.

if you're just okay, you're first on the chopping block.

the gap between "really good" and "good enough" used to be a small pay bump.

now it's the difference between irreplaceable and unemployed.
this isn't meant to scare you.
it's meant to wake you up.

the skills that got you hired 3 years ago won't keep you employed in 2026.
most people are waiting for things to go back to "normal." they won't.

so what do you do?

stop being comfortable with "good enough"
learn faster than your industry changes
build skills that can't be automated yet

make yourself so valuable that replacing you would actually hurt
ignoring this reality won't protect your career.
adapting will.

Everyone's posting about mental health and self-care.
And I'm all for it. Burnout is real. Boundaries matter. Rest is important.
..but sometimes you just need to own your shit.

i bought this poster because i was tired of making excuses.

"the algorithm isn't favoring my content" - or maybe my content just isn't that good yet.
"i don't have time to post consistently" - or maybe i'm just not prioritizing it.
"clients don't understand the value" - or maybe i'm not communicating it well enough.

because victim mentality is comfortable. it protects your ego.

if it's the algorithm's fault, you don't have to improve.
if it's the economy's fault, you don't have to adapt.
if it's other people's fault, you don't have to change.

i'm saying there's a difference between "i need rest" and "i can't succeed because of external factors."

What 11 Failed Pitches Taught Me About the Psychology of a “Yes”

In early days,  I first started my own company, I believed conviction closed deals.
If I believed deeply enough in what we were building, others would too.

So I pitched like a believer.
Every meeting, every slide, every word was sharpened to prove we were worth betting on.
And yet, across 11 straight pitches, I walked out with polite smiles and soft rejections.
Not because the idea was weak - but because I misunderstood what people actually say “yes” to.

Founders often mistake passion for persuasion.
I did too. I tried to transfer my belief, not understand theirs.
Every meeting became a stage. Every deck, a performance.

Then, during one particularly quiet meeting, I stopped performing.

The investor looked distracted - halfway through my slide, I paused and asked: “What’s making you hesitate?”

That single question changed everything.
He spoke for ten minutes about market timing, team bandwidth, and risk fatigue.
And for the first time, I didn’t respond with defense - I responded with alignment.

That deal didn’t close that day.
But it changed how I approached every conversation after.

A “yes” isn’t born in excitement. It’s born in safety.
People say yes when they stop feeling sold to -  and start feeling seen.

After years of building and pitching, I’ve learned this:
Great products solve problems. But great founders solve hesitation.

And that difference - between hearing and truly understanding -
is what turns rejection into trust.

Saying less gave me more - here’s how silence became my secret negotiation weapon.

In my first investor meeting, I mistook silence for weakness.

The partner across the table asked a question about our burn rate. I gave him a five-minute TED Talk in response - graphs, market insights, projected runways. 
I kept talking because the silence between us made me uncomfortable.

He listened. Then said, “You’re not confident in your numbers yet, are you?”
He was right. I wasn’t.

That night, I replayed the meeting again and again. It wasn’t my numbers that failed me. It was my discomfort with silence.

It took years to understand that silence, in business, is not the absence of words - it’s the presence of control.

Over time, I learned something I wish every early founder understood - silence isn’t a void. It’s a mirror.
It reflects whether you’re speaking from conviction or insecurity.

In later pitches, I started doing something simple:
Whenever someone asked a question, I’d pause before answering.
Even when the deal looked perfect, even when the energy was high, even I was super clear with the answers,  even I'm so excited about the deal from inside, I’d take a breath, stay quiet for a moment, and then answer.


That silence began to signal confidence.
It reflected,  I was content fulfilled from inside, not desperate or hurry to close. Full, not hungry for validation.

The most powerful founders I’ve met - the ones who close quietly and lead calmly - all share that trait.
They’re comfortable with pauses.
Because silence says: I trust myself enough not to rush you.

Today, I don’t rush “yes” anymore.
I let silence speak first - because sometimes, it closes better than words ever could.

How being delusional helped me achieve my goals faster than anything?

I believed I would build my first house, fully independent, in Tier 1 city.
I believed I would be running my own business.
I believed I would add real value to the people.

It sounded absurd back then. I had no safety net, no big inheritance, no roadmap. Just this irrational belief that somehow, I would figure it out.

People laughed. They said it was unrealistic. “Focus on what’s possible,” they said. But delusion became my compass.

It forced me to ignore limitations and focus on possibilities I couldn’t yet see.

Every time a door closed, I didn’t see failure - I saw a signal, a lesson, a nudge to adjust and persist.

By 21, the dreams that felt like far-off fantasies at 18 had started becoming real. 
> My first house was built. 
> I was running businesses. 
> I was executing visions that had seemed impossible.

That’s when I realized delusion isn’t ignorance. 
It’s a conviction in a version of yourself that the world cannot yet see. 
It’s choosing faith over fear. It’s seeing opportunity where others see obstacles.

Delusion, when paired with relentless work, turns into alignment. 

It reshapes your focus from why this can’t happen to what if it does?
Every founder I admire carries this quiet madness - a deep, almost untouchable certainty before the world believes.

If your dreams feel too wild, hold onto them. They are not delusions. They are the seeds of the life only you can buil

If you ever feel “too ambitious,” hold on to that feeling.
It’s not delusion - it’s the seed of your becoming.

How 1 comment brought me 4 inbound leads, not a post, not outreach, a COMMENT. 

I’ve tested almost every form of content distribution. The one thing people underestimate the most is commenting with intent.

This happened recently.
A tech founder posted about how his cold outreach wasn’t converting. Instead of leaving a generic compliment or trying to pitch, I decided to write something that added perspective.

I explained why most outreach fails.
It’s not because of the tool, timing, or number of follow ups.
It’s because most messages are written around work titles instead of what the person is actually feeling.

In that comment, I shared how we had restructured one of our client campaigns.
We studied where their buyers were losing time, money, and focus.
We rewrote the message to connect with that exact pain.
We removed every sentence that talked about features.
We replaced it with outcomes people could feel and relate to.

You don’t need 10,000 followers to grow on LinkedIn.

LinkedIn DMs vs Cold Emails - the real difference no one talks about.

Most people think it’s about the platform.
But it’s actually about context.

When someone opens a LinkedIn DM, they already see your face, your headline, and your credibility.
You’re not a stranger - you’re a human.
That’s why even a short, well-crafted message can start a conversation.

Cold emails?
They’re a different game.
No profile. No context. No face.
You’re just a name in the inbox competing with 100 others.
So, the copy has to carry all the weight - tone, trust, timing.

Here’s what I’ve learned running both:

LinkedIn DMs build conversations.
You win by starting small and staying real.

Cold emails drive conversions.
You win by testing, personalizing, and scaling.

Both work - but for different stages.
LinkedIn opens doors.
Emails close deals.

If you blend both, you don’t chase leads - you create them.

Would you keep posting for 4 months with no big results?

My client did and landed one of the biggest deals of the year.

When I first looked at his analytics dashboard, it was demoralizing.
24 posts. Decent views. No leads. No inbound dms.
The kind of metrics that make even the most patient founder wonder if this platform is a waste of time.

One story about a failed enterprise rollout caught the attention of a mid-sized firm.

Step-by-step breakdown (save this if you’re a founder or freelancer doing cold outreach):

 Step 1: Create your lead list manually (Google Sheet)
– Open LinkedIn
 – Search your ICP (e.g., “Operations Head” in SaaS)
 – Save name, company, pain point (e.g, hiring for RevOps, bad reviews, etc.)
You only need 15–20 leads to start.


Step 2: Write 1 prompt inside ChatGPT

Here’s the exact one I use:
– “Write a short, friendly cold email to [Name], the [Job Title] at [Company], who is struggling with [Pain Point].
– Offer a simple resource or conversation, keep it casual, no hard selling.”
– Copy-paste this for all leads — GPT customizes each one.
 (You can do this even with ChatGPT free.)


Step 3: Use Gmail + Streak or Mailmeteor to send

– Paste the emails from ChatGPT
 – Schedule 1 follow-up 3 days later
 – Personalize the subject lines

↑  Looks human
 ↑  Bypasses spam filters
 ↑ Total time: 45 minutes

Real Results (Last 5 days):
