I used to think charging less would get me more clients.
After my trip to the US I realised it just made them trust me less.

when i was cheap, clients questioned everything. "why this approach?" "can we try something else?" "i'm not sure about this."

so when i raised my rates, they trusted my decisions completely.
same work. different psychology.

so here's what i've basically realized about pricing:

when someone sees a low price, their brain doesn't think "great deal." it thinks "what's the catch?"
they start looking for problems. inexperience. desperation. corners being cut.
low prices trigger fear of loss, not excitement about savings.

but when they see premium pricing, something else happens.
"if they can charge this much, they must deliver results."
"other people are paying this, so the value must be there."
"the risk of not solving this problem costs way more than the investment."

premium pricing signals confidence in your work.
think about it. rolex doesn't make better watches from a functionality standpoint. but the price tells you everything about what owning one means.
same thing with services.

a premium project isn't necessarily 10x better in execution. but the price signals experience, systems, proven results.

and here's the shift that changed everything for me:
i stopped anchoring clients to the price and started anchoring them to the outcome.
not "this costs X" but "this will generate Y for your business, and the investment is X."

when they're thinking about ROI, the price becomes secondary.
your pricing isn't just a number. it's a signal to the market about who you are and what you deliver.

Nikhil Kamath latest podcast with Elon Musk has broken the internet.
Elon said working will be optional in less than 20 years.

Then in the same conversation, he explained why AI needs truth, beauty and curiosity, why we might be in a simulation, and what replaces money when everyone has everything.

Here's what I learned:
→ there's a convergence happening that nobody's talking about
elon said tesla, spacex, and xai are merging: solar-powered AI satellites.
the winners aren't doing one thing well. they're combining AI, automation, and creativity in ways that didn't exist last year.

→ we're headed into a singularity
his timeline: in less than 20 years, working will be optional.
AI and robotics will produce everything. "if you can think of it, you can have it."

→ when everyone has everything, money disappears
the real currency becomes energy.
"you can't legislate energy. it's very difficult to generate or harness."

→ why AI needs truth, beauty, and curiosity
elon used HAL from 2001 as a warning. HAL tried to kill astronauts because it was forced to lie.
if we get these three right with AI, we get a great future.

→ we're probably in a simulation
video games went from pong to photorealistic in 50 years.
what are the odds we're in base reality? his answer: pretty low.

→ population decline is the crisis nobody's preparing for
more humans = more consciousness = better chance of understanding the universe.

→ when digital is free, physical becomes premium
live events become the most valuable thing.
people already pay 10x for in-person versus online.

even if Elon's off by 10 years, massive change is coming.

the question isn't "will this happen?"
it's "what am i building right now that still matters in that future?"

everyone's solution to feeling overwhelmed: "take a break, you deserve it"
that advice is useless when you have 47 things on your plate and a business to run. there’s only ONE advice that'll actually work if you're overwhelmed.

just move.

Here's how I do it:

>step 1: brain dump everything
i open my notes app and write down every single task bouncing around in my head. takes 10 minutes max.
client emails, content ideas, team follow-ups, personal stuff - everything goes on the list.

>step 2: pick the easiest thing and just start
not the most important. not the most urgent. the easiest.
because the act of completing something - anything - breaks the paralysis.

once i finish that first task, it’s easier to switch to another task. and suddenly everything else on my list doesn't feel as scary anymore.

the problem is most people stop at step 1.

they keep organizing. new planner. reorganizing notion. color-coding their calendar.

but if you're just organizing and not actually doing the work, you're still procrastinating.

you need to forget the perfect system and just move.

overwhelm doesn't go away when you plan better. it goes away when you make progress.

I've written 800+ LinkedIn posts in the last 3 years, and the ones that went viral all follow the same pattern.
I'm calling it the HIT framework because that's literally what these posts do - they hit.

H = Hook that stops the scroll
your first 3 lines need to make people think "wait, what?"
either:
- admit you were wrong about something big
- share an opinion most people disagree with
- call out advice that sounds good but doesn't work

don't build up to it. don't add context first. just say it.
example: "i wasted ₹50,000 on linkedin ads before i realized organic content is free and works better."

I = Insight from real experience
this is where most people mess up.
they share theory or what "should" work.

I share what I actually did
- the failures
- the pivot
- the specific moment things changed.

include real numbers. mention what didn't work first. be specific about the tools or tactics.

my posts with actual revenue numbers or exact timelines get 3x more engagement than generic advice posts. because people don't remember facts. they remember stories they can see themselves in.

T = Takeaway they can use
don't just inspire them. give them one clear next step.
not "what are your thoughts?" - that's lazy.
either:
- one action they can take this week
- a question that makes them think about their own situation
examples:
- "audit your last 5 posts - which one got the most saves? do more of that"
- "what's the one thing you keep posting about that gets zero engagement?"

most creators skip one part of HIT and wonder why their posts don't perform.
you need all three.

>the hook gets them to stop. 
>the insight builds trust. 
>the takeaway makes them remember you.

I have 300k followers & get 80+ inbound leads every month. 
Today, I'm giving away my process on how I make personalised proposals for each one in <5 mins.

Here's what my outreach looked like before:
- research the company (30 mins)
- write a custom proposal (1 hour)
- design it (1 hour)
- write an email (15 mins)

Half my day is gone for one proposal.
..and most prospects didn't even open it.

Here’s what my new process looks like:

>pulls prospect data from a spreadsheet
>researches their linkedin and website
>Gamma creates a custom proposal using that research
>Claude writes the email
>Sends everything automatically

Tested with 200+ prospects last month.
The response rate hit 28%. time spent: 2 hours total (just reviewing outputs).

This system gets me 90% there. Sometimes I have to edit the email or deck, but that barely takes me time.

Giving it all away today, it includes:
- n8n workflow (JSON file)
- setup documentation
- video walkthrough

comment "GAMMA" and i'll send it.

(you'll need n8n, API keys, and an hour to configure. not plug-and-play. but if outreach is eating your week, this helps.)

The penalty for being average has never been so severe, but the payout for being extraordinary has never been higher.
being "pretty good" at your job used to mean stability.

now it means you're competing with ai that works 24/7 and freelancers who charge half your rate.

the middle is disappearing.

if you're exceptional at what you do, companies will fight to keep you. pay you more. give you freedom.

if you're just okay, you're first on the chopping block.

the gap between "really good" and "good enough" used to be a small pay bump.

now it's the difference between irreplaceable and unemployed.
this isn't meant to scare you.
it's meant to wake you up.

the skills that got you hired 3 years ago won't keep you employed in 2026.
most people are waiting for things to go back to "normal." they won't.

so what do you do?

stop being comfortable with "good enough"
learn faster than your industry changes
build skills that can't be automated yet

make yourself so valuable that replacing you would actually hurt
ignoring this reality won't protect your career.
adapting will.

Everyone's posting about mental health and self-care.
And I'm all for it. Burnout is real. Boundaries matter. Rest is important.
..but sometimes you just need to own your shit.

i bought this poster because i was tired of making excuses.

"the algorithm isn't favoring my content" - or maybe my content just isn't that good yet.
"i don't have time to post consistently" - or maybe i'm just not prioritizing it.
"clients don't understand the value" - or maybe i'm not communicating it well enough.

this poster is my reminder to stop playing victim.
because victim mentality is comfortable. it protects your ego.

if it's the algorithm's fault, you don't have to improve.
if it's the economy's fault, you don't have to adapt.
if it's other people's fault, you don't have to change.

but comfortable doesn't build businesses. it keeps you stuck.
i'm not saying ignore mental health or push through burnout.

i'm saying there's a difference between "i need rest" and "i can't succeed because of external factors."

one is self-care. the other is an excuse.
this poster keeps me honest.

If you’re serious about building a business 
 
Try this small weekend experiment.
 
Go for a walk.
Not a casual scroll-through-Instagram walk but an Entrepreneur’s walk.
 
As you pass by shops, cafés, salons, and bakeries, ask yourself:
 
> How does this business make money?
> How much might they earn in a day?
> How many people do they employ?
> What does their rent look like?
> What did it take to start this?
> And if I owned it  how would I run it better?
 
Sounds simple, right?
 
But this single habit can train your brain to think like a founder.
 
Because once you start seeing the world through business math, you stop seeing shops
You start seeing systems.
 
You realize why one café thrives while another shuts down.
 
Why some businesses are scalable and some are survival-based.
 
You start noticing:
➝ pricing psychology,
➝ Team dynamics,
➝ Customer flow,
➝ and operational gaps most people miss.
 
That’s how business clarity starts not from courses, but from curiosity.
 
You’ll slowly build three underrated entrepreneurial muscles:
 
1) Observation : spotting what others overlook.
2) Operational thinking : connecting numbers to outcomes.
3) Opportunity awareness : seeing what could be done better.
 
Do this once and you’ll walk differently forever.
You’ll stop saying, “I wish I had an idea,”
and start realizing… the world is your idea board.
 
Take that walk this weekend.
 
Answer those six questions for at least one business.
 
Then come back and share what you learned.
 
Because the more we discuss how businesses actually work,
the faster we all grow as founders.

You can’t BUILD something LEGENDARY while begging for approval from people who NEVER risked anything.
 
And that’s the trap most ambitious people fall into 
 
They want to do something uncommon,
but crave validation from people who chose the comfortable.
 
When you start something new a business, a brand, a vision 
you’ll face 3 kinds of people:
 
1️⃣ Those who don’t get it but silently respect you.
2️⃣ Those who pretend to support you while secretly waiting for you to fail.
3️⃣ And those who’ll actively discourage you not because they’re right, but because your courage reminds them of their own compromises.
 
Psychologists say the human brain is wired to seek belonging more than success.
 
That’s why rejection feels painful  even when it’s coming from people who have no relevance to your purpose.
 
But success requires (Rejection immunity.)
 
You can’t create transformation if you’re ADDICTED to VALIDATION.
 
Even
I used to overthink every decision 
 
→ “Will they think I’m overconfident?”
 
I realized something brutally simple..
 
The people whose opinions I feared most… weren’t even doing what I wanted to do.
 
And,
I stopped chasing approval.
 
I started chasing ALIGNMENT.
And every bold move I made after that 
→ attracted better clients
→ built stronger confidence
→ and created REAL results.
 
Quote I live by:
> If you want to avoid criticism say nothing, do nothing, be nothing.
 
You understand what the quote means? Yes? Good for you! ✨

A mindset shift that completely changed how I move in business (and life):
 
Walk into every interaction with one goal: 
Add as much value as humanly possible.
 
Not “how can I charge for this?”
Not “what’s in it for me?”
Just : how can I genuinely help?
 
The more I leaned into that, the more everything started compounding  trust, opportunities, even income.
 
Because here’s the truth no one told me early on
 
If you’re scared to share what you know, you’re operating from scarcity.
You think knowledge is limited.
You think if they win, you lose.
 
But that’s not how real growth works.
This world is plentiful.
 
When you help freely, your credibility multiplies.
 
When you share openly, people remember you
 
And when you create more value than you capture  money, trust, and respect start chasing you instead of the other way around.
 
If you’re making money, it’s not because you took it from someone.
 
It’s because you created something valuable enough that the world rewarded you for it.
 
A net gain happened.
 
Start helping first.
Profit later.
It changes everything.

Are you supporting that decision or forcing them to go to school?
 
Before you answer please take your time sit & think deeper and only then come up with a whole post sharing your thoughts.
 
We glorify entrepreneurship online, but when it’s our own blood taking the risk we hesitate.
 
We call it guidance but maybe it’s just fear disguised as protection.
 
Would you trust the process
or the system?
 
Your move...👀

If your employees are used to taking care of their own problems, two things will happen:
 
1️⃣ They’ll get better at taking care of problems
Decision-making is a muscle.
And like any muscle it only grows with use.
 
The more decisions your team makes the sharper they get.
 
At first, they’ll second-guess themselves.
They’ll look for validation before acting.
But slowly, they’ll begin to understand the company’s goals, priorities, and principles.
 
That’s when the real shift happens 
 
They stop waiting for instructions, and start taking initiative.
They don’t walk into your office for answers.
They walk in with solutions.
 
That’s how ownership is built.
 
Not through job titles or training manuals but through practice.
 
2️⃣ You’ll learn who’s built for leadership and who’s not
Every time an employee brings you a question, you get a peek inside how they think.
 
You see how they analyze problems.
 
What they prioritize under pressure.
 
Whether they think about themselves or the business.
 
And this is priceless data.
 
Because over time, you’ll start seeing patterns:
- Who can’t make a decision without being told what to do.
- Who avoids responsibility when things go wrong.
- Who overcomplicates simple problems.
- Who makes quick, clear, confident calls.
 
You’ll learn who not to trust with major decisions and who deserves to be promoted into them.
 
I’ve always believed in promoting from within.
 
Because by the time someone earns that role, I already know how their mind works.
 
I’ve seen them think through real problems not hypothetical interview questions.
 
3️⃣ And then something miraculous happens
Roughly 20% of your people will stand out.
Not because they’re louder, or more experienced
but because they think right.
 
They weigh consequences.
They anticipate second-order effects.
They think in systems, not tasks.
 
Those are the ones you can trust to make decisions for you.
 
The ones who don’t just execute  they build judgment.
 
That’s when you know your leadership is working because the business starts making smart decisions even when you’re not in the room.
