We are officially past the point of using AI just to write emails or code! 

I've been using AI for my businesses and personal life since the dawn of GPT3.

I am rarely surprised by new tools anymore.

But this week, I started hacking together custom, autonomous agents using a platform called OpenClaw 🦞, and it fundamentally shifted how I view AI.

Agentic workflows (AI systems that plan, execute, and iterate without hand holding) are collapsing the gap between a small team and an enterprise.

4 people with the right stack now have leverage that used to require 50+.

The industrial age rewarded people who picked a lane and stayed forever.

The agentic age rewards people who never could.

How to get $15,000 worth of strategic feedback for $20 in 90 seconds

Last weekend I put together a white paper for my consulting business with the help of Claude Code -- this has become standard process.

When it was done, I spun up five AI sub-agents simultaneously. 

Each one role-played a different business owner -- agency founder, SaaS COO, home services operator, DTC founder, professional services CEO.

Each agent read the paper section by section. Logged when they got hooked. When they'd bail. Their core objection. Their verdict.

Five independent perspectives, stress-testing my work in parallel. 

Ninety seconds.

That used to be a $15,000 focus group. 

Or more likely, it just didn't happen -- you shipped and hoped for the best.

The military calls this red-teaming.

↳ AI detection scan. I built a tool that flags 28 common AI writing patterns -- overused vocabulary, repetitive structures, that robotic cadence. If it scores too high, Claude rewrites the flagged sections until it passes.

↳ Source verification. If Claude cites a study, I confirm it actually exists and says what Claude claims. Named institution, sample size, year. You'd be surprised how often it doesn't check out.

↳ Rendered PDF review. What looks perfect on screen can break in print formatting. Caught this the hard way on a client deliverable.

Three checkpoints. All focused on finding the failure before the client does.

And it compounds over time.

Every time Claude makes a mistake, I save a correction. A persistent file on my machine that loads automatically in every future session.

"Never deploy the site without asking first." Saved after it burned through my hosting credits.

"This service is a paid engagement -- never position it as free." Saved after it almost gave away $3,500 of work in a draft email.

I never give the same correction twice. Every mistake makes the next session sharper. Over months, this turns into a system genuinely tailored to how you work.

The gap between "using AI" and shipping work you'd stake your reputation on is a quality control problem. And the quality control compounds.

Anyone Can become someone people trust.

If they choose truth over just being liked.

Remember: 

Your audience doesn't need another cheerleader.

I saw someone calling out a creator for "killing it on LinkedIn" because of massive followers and engagement.

After 32 months on this platform, I feel differently.

For me, the real signs that someone is killing it on LinkedIn are not just followers and vanity metrics.

Someone who is killing it could be someone:

Who was struggling to show up consistently. 
Now publishes confidently 4-5x per week.

Who was struggling to land their first client. 
Now has a waitlist of ideal clients.

Was copying every trend. 
Now stays true to their unique perspective.

Was trapped in their 9-5. 
Now left corporate and makes 3x their last salary.

Was collecting contacts.
Now builds genuine connections that lead to real opportunities.

Was creating content that got likes but no clients. 
Now creates content that converts followers into paying customers.

The real question is not whether others think you are killing it on LinkedIn.

It is whether the person you were 32 months ago would be proud of who you have become.

That is the only scorecard that truly matters.

You look at posts with under 100 likes:

You find a soul, a story, nothing fancy but one that you can tell is real.

You see posts with 100s of likes:

You see a similar pattern, a similar hook, a similar trend way too familiar.

One side has authenticity.

The other has an engagement pod and a recycled viral template.

I know which side I am rooting for.

Which one are you?

LinkedIn is where people share stories they have not lived yet.

Which is why you see creators with 100 followers teaching engagement strategies.

Which is why someone 3 months into content creation is selling "how to drive business from LinkedIn" courses.

Which is why people who have not earned $100K are posting about how to make millions.

"I scaled to 6 figures in 90 days. Here is my exact blueprint."
"The secret to viral content nobody is talking about."
"How I built a 7-figure business from LinkedIn."

You might have guessed this by now: They did not.  

They are just really good at making it look like they did. 

Start being honest about where you actually are.

Your audience can smell inauthenticity from miles away.

Instead of building credibility, they are burning it. Instead of sharing their real journey, they are copying someone else's success story and pretending it is theirs.

And the worst part? It works temporarily. 

Because people cannot tell the difference anymore between someone who has done it and someone who just studied someone who did.

This is why your feed is full of recycled success frameworks from people with zero results.

Real credibility does not need inflated numbers. 

It speaks through lived experience.
I have not made $100K from LinkedIn yet. 

But I have made a very handome amount from here.

And when i earn over $100k I will share it. Not before. Not with made up stories.

Your time will come. 
Share the journey you have lived. Not the one you wish you had.

Ramadan has begun and people you know will be fasting 11-18 hours a day.

But Ramadan is not just about fasting from food and water.

It is about fasting from bad behavior, unkind words, lies, and treating people differently based on what they can do for you.

Here is my humble request to everyone:

Be kind to the people around you. 
Treat everyone equally, no matter their title or position. 

Show compassion to those who are struggling. 
Offer help without expecting anything in return. 
Pay the debts you owe to people. ( Highly important)

And do not spread lies just to make your bank balance heavier.

Because the truth is, no matter what you achieve, no matter how successful you become, kindness, honesty, and good behavior are what truly matter.

Your followers do not define your character. 
Your bank account does not define your worth. 
How you treat people when nobody is watching does.

If you are an Employer, allow for breaks and rest. 
Be considerate about work deadlines and workload. 
Be kind to any needs, both physical and mental.

If you have peers, coworkers, or friends fasting around you, provide a helping hand whenever possible. 

Muslims everywhere need your support. 
But more than that, the world needs more kindness, compassion, and honesty.

That is the real lesson of Ramadan.

3 things that are wrong with this:

// The humble brag with zero proof
"I just closed 4 for 4 and collected $40K."

Where is the proof? Screenshots? Testimonials? 

and $40k? what is your $10k offer mate which is such a piece of cake for you?

I am just supposed to believe you because you said so?

// The fake urgency
"My calendar is filling up very quickly."

If you were actually booked solid, you would not be sending urgent sales pitches to your email list.

// The mood dependent service
"When I'm dialed in like this, my clients get an incredible version of me."

So when you are not "in the zone," they get the mediocre version? 

Your service quality should not depend on your mood.

Get this straight:

If you brag without proof, I am just trusting words on a screen.

If you create fake urgency, you do not have real demand.

Real demand does not require manipulation. 

It requires proof people can see.

Stop pitching with unverified claims. 
AND UNSUBSCRIBEEDDDD…..

Fun fact: 

Remember all those creators who dominated your feed 6 months ago?

You know the ones:

↳ "How to write SEXY comments that get noticed (Comments should be like min-posts!) …umm no they dont

↳ "Comment for 2- 3 hours daily or you are doing it wrong"

↳ "The PYRAMID format writing will make you a better copywriter.

↳ "Add 10 pinned comments to hack the algorithm"

Yeah. Where are they now?

They vanished.

Because most know this but won’t never admit : 

I have hardly known anyone to stop posting on LinkedIn if they are actually making money from it.

Think about it.

The creators still showing up consistently after 2+ years? 

They are the ones signing clients.

I mean even if they are fully booked they still show up. 

How? they outsource stuff to buy back their time and grow their business.

The ones who disappeared? 

They were teaching engagement hacks because that's all they knew how to monetize.

They couldn't teach client acquisition because they had never acquired clients themselves.

So they sold you formatting tips and commenting strategies while their own business was nonexistent.

Meanwhile, I am still here. 

Not because I am disciplined or motivated. ( I was disciplined at one stage until it was time for me to pay my bills.)

But because LinkedIn is my bread and butter. 

This platform pays my bills. (Bonus : I love the community over here as well.)

When your content actually generates revenue, you don't need motivation to show up. 

// You need motivation to take a day off.
