Search Engine Optimization Executive

Back in 2016, I jumped into marketing as a freelancer. I was new to the scene but found myself really drawn to thinking outside the box and coming up with strategies that weren’t just run-of-the-mill. It didn’t take long to realise that I was onto something—this was my calling. Over time, I grew from dabbling in both B2B and B2C marketing to truly understanding the engines that drive business growth, whether in a scrappy startup or a massive corporation. I refined my skills in creating demand, tailoring marketing strategies to each company's unique story, and really getting the hang of the digital side of things.

Then came 2020, the start of the pandemic, and with it, a whole new set of challenges. That's when I helped start Profit Plug. It was a tough time to kick off a business, but incredibly rewarding. We landed some impressive clients like Healthkart, Chashma, Vedascure and Sony Liv App. Not long after, I took on a consultancy role at the Education Centre of Australia, diving into the world of SaaS product marketing. It was a whole new ballpark, but I embraced it fully.

Mentoring became a passion along the way with Skill Arbitrage. There’s something incredibly rewarding about guiding corporate leaders, watching them grasp the nuances of branding and strategy. It wasn’t just about giving advice here and there; I got deeply involved in helping shape the careers of future leaders in the industry.

Now, I’m deeply embedded in the B2B SaaS space with projects like OpenLearning Bharat and more. My days are filled with crafting go-to-market strategies, repositioning brands, exploring new market opportunities, and managing mergers and acquisitions. I also make time to share my insights as a speaker and writer, discussing how marketing is evolving and what we might expect in the future of our field.

But at the end of the day, I’m a lifelong learner. Every day is a chance to grow a little more, both personally and professionally. I lead a team that values diversity, equity, and inclusion—a team that is as committed to growth as I am. I’m pretty much married to my work, but it’s a partnership that never stops inspiring me. I’m also dedicated to empowering women and advocating for mental health, drawing from my own experiences with anxiety to support others. It feels personal because it is—every step of this journey has shaped who I am today.
