This includes cleaning and laundry service with our partner companies, guest vetting, correspondence and friendly customer service. We also provide restocking of necessary bath and kitchen supplies, calendar and pricing optimization to ensure maximum reservation bookings, and property listing creation and rental management.

•	November 2012 was recruited to help move a branch to another location and help open the first new “retail bank” concept in the Vancouver region.
•	Promoted to Assistant Branch Manager and took part in a 6 month training program. Experience in coaching staff, dealing with client complaints, learning administrative managerial duties, HR duties, holding meetings to update team on new procedures/policies, lead team to set and finish business goals and was in charge of staff’s career management and their recognition.
•      Got experience in coaching staff to genuinely live the "RBC experience" and bring a positive energy to work so both clients and staff would enough their experience.

Assistant Branch Manager

•	In 2009 was recruited to help open a new RBC Royal Bank branch.  This branch was the most successful out of all the other newly opened branches.
•	Executing the highest level of financial service to all clients and held a high level of knowledge for all bank transactions and administrative duties.  Was a relief officer for all positions in the branch and was the first point of contact for colleagues.  Coached and developed all new and existing staff to help branch operate smoothly.  At the same time I was the Cash Custodian in the branch and in charge of all administrative cash duties.  
•	2010 was recognized as a “Top Employee” in the Vancouver Downtown and West Region with RBC Royal Bank.

Expert Client Service Representative

•	Worked as a Central Teller.  Here I was an expert client service representative in charge of all the cash in the branch and was held responsible for any cash transactions, orders, and shipping.
•       Here I learned how to execute the RBC brand experience with all clients giving leading market client experience.

Extreme Mudfest

Extreme Mudfest is Canada's largest Mud & Music Festival. We're a 4-day mud and music festival located in Cold Lake, Alberta. In addition to nightly performers, we bring you a 40-team softball tournament, an Extreme Mud Run, and of course a variety of mud racing and truck demolition. Billie Jo Aasen is the Chief Executive Officer of The Festival Company (TFC), a Canadian-owned and operated company that specializes in events, festivals, and brand creation. With over 10 years of experience in the live music industry, she is an expert in producing, managing, and marketing events that attract thousands of fans and clients across North America.

Aasen is also the owner and executive producer of Extreme Mudfest, Canada's largest Mud and Music Festival, and a consultant for BC Place Stadium, where she oversees the events and entertainment portfolio. She has worked with over 40 music festivals and dozens of household names and brands, such as Canucks Alumni, Russell Brewing, and Rick Hansen Foundation. In 2015, she was named one of BC's Top 30 under 30 Entrepreneurs and one of the Top Eight Festival Pros to know and watch by Billboard's Amplify Magazine.

Aasen's mission is to elevate the experience of every fan and partner, while making a positive impact in the communities she serves.
