I was 𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗿 in the purest sense- aggressive, hungry, and focused almost entirely on my output. And it worked... 𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗮 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺.

Because the truth nobody tells you is that, 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗳𝗮𝗿.

Building that alignment is the invisible part of leadership most people never see.
