Valerian Valkin

Hi! I'm Saif (pronounced 'Seff'), and I work with companies on GTM and growth. All of my experience is with startups from 0 to $100k MR, and I've been lucky to have spent over a decade working with phenomenal people from all types of backgrounds and passions. 

Short career highlights: 
- Started one of San Jose's first incubators in partnership with my alma mater SJSU called Spartups (2011-2015) 
- I was the first employee at Facebook's first ever ads API partner agency (OrionCKB) from 3 people to 40+ over two years where I ran $100k+ per month social ads and campaigns for series-A and larger tech companies in SF and Boston between 2012-2014. I resigned before they were acquired in 2016. 
- VC in Asia managing 24 seed + series-A investments ($100k-$500k checks) and 19 accelerator investments ($10k-$35k checks) between 2016-2019. 
- Various B2C and B2B startups between since 2019: COO at DeltaLeafLabs.com; Operations consultant at Thrv.Health; Growth consultant at PolymerSearch.com; Growth consultant at Nostra.ai
- Founding operations lead at Cresance.com which then pivoted to Intellus.ai (2022-2025)

Nowadays, I'm a co-founder at Rapic, a venture studio which includes Horizon-Labs.co (devshop) and SimplyHRA.com (ICHRA benefits SaaS). We build MVPs we want to see out in the world and I run most of our operations and GTM experiments.
