"Why don't you work with companies doing less than $3M/year?" 
This is the most common question I get.

The reasons are simple:
(a) They usually can't afford our systems
(b) They usually don't need our systems
(c) And even if they did, they wouldn’t feel the real ROI

If your business is over $3M/year, you'd typically have:
- SOPs (not everywhere, but still)

You can get structure. 
You can understand enough to manage someone who does the work. 

But mastery?

I think that courses have their place.
