I love a good challenge, and a challenge for me is that which not only pushes me beyond my learned skills and experience, but also and more importantly to understand and learn more about others challenges, skills and their lived experiences.

Coaching has been a big cornerstone of my life in the last few years, whether I am being coached or I am learning to become a coach. This journey has been transformational.

I would love to work with a start up to build a team from the very foundation and to explore the skills and the ambition of each individual and be an enabler of growth for the individuals and the company.

Over more than a decade of working in the professional industry I have learned to adapt to the situation, the location, the project, the goals and KPIs and the priorities of the business. I would now, love to lead the change. The change being, to look at the synergy of business and life of individuals from a holistic growth perspective.
