Coordinate the logistics for the weekly all-hands meetings, including the agenda and any necessary technical setups.
Facilitate the meeting to ensure it runs smoothly and achieves its objectives.
- Recruiting Support
Assist with screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
Maintain candidate pipelines and generate periodic reports to track recruiting metrics.
- Onboarding and Offboarding
Lead the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and initial training.
Facilitate offboarding activities such as exit interviews and asset retrieval.
Ensure smooth transitions for both incoming and outgoing staff.
- Policy Creation
Research and draft new company policies as needed.
Communicate policy changes to employees and ensure understanding and compliance.
