We 𝐋𝐎𝐕𝐄 overcoming problems that seem impossible by creating solutions that don’t seem like an option. To give you an idea, here are a couple of examples below:

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦: I am looking at my EOR and somebody is taking half of our billed charges. Where is this money going? 

𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: We spent four years building a solution. Time and time again, we were told no, it can’t be done, there is no way around it and FINALLY, we created a solution and proved them wrong.  

The solution we created, allows our customers to bill workers’ comp and auto bills without retroactive discounting. That means higher reimbursement for our customer practices. We have successfully processed over $11,000,000 in charges on behalf of our customers.

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦: I am treating more patients and making less money. What is happening? 

𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: A complete data analysis showed that their payer mix shifted dramatically and the clinic was losing money. The owners first instinct was to close the clinic because they were in the wrong area, and there was no solution. We created a strategic marketing campaign based on algorithms that we created to alter the payer mix. This allowed our customer to remain open and even thrive in the community that they serve.

My focus as Executive Director of Advanced Rehab Network is to unite physical and occupational therapy clinics in Michigan.  The goal is to have strength in numbers when negotiating with payers and to ensure the continuing success of independent physical therapy.  We provide contract negotiation, marketing assistance, billing platforms, and assistance with practice management.

As Vice President of Marketing, I'm responsible for practice growth.  I develop and manage a multitude of creative marketing plans, which all start with a clear and effective brand strategy.  I surround myself with creative thinkers and together we utilize all available avenues of promotion to our referral sources as well as direct to our consumers.  It's an exciting time in marketing and we optimize our budget by implementing a synergist approach using digital media, social media, traditional advertising, ground-breaking promotion, and organic style marketing. I encourage my team to push the limits of creativity while making sure our strategy supports the goal.  And, as always, making sure to have a positive ROI.  My post also encompasses Public Relations.  This includes reputation management according to the community at large, as well as internal morale management between clinics and as a whole practice.  

During my time at Advanced Physical Therapy Center we have grown from five to eight clinics and have increased patient volume by 60%.

Mozon Media & Marketing is a public relations, advertising, and marketing company.  We help small businesses thrive by implementing strategies that utilize media coverage, video and direct to consumer advertising.  We have a 90% insertion rate for our press releases, which means our clients consistently receive media and news coverage.  
Although I'm no longer an active owner, Molzon Media's success continues and is still in existence today.

As an account rep, I was responsible for developing, pitching, and executing adverting campaigns and events for clients such as Association of Women in Science,  Conference on Quality in Commercial Aviation, and other retail clients.

There was no solution to 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩 insurance company reductions. So we 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙙 one.

"It's too good to be true," is often what I hear when I explain how we ensure insurance companies pay physical therapy clinics 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐢𝐦𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 per visit for workers' comp and auto patients. 

It may be unbelievable but it is tried and true. In fact, more than 50 clinics in Michigan have been using our technology since 2017. 

And it all started about 15 years before that. 

I was an executive at a physical therapy group and then network where our goal was to provide more revenue for our clients. We brought in a record number of patients through marketing, increased the rates for insurance contracts, and still, the revenue was not growing appropriately. I poured through the numbers. The data showed that the contracts were not paying correctly. 

Insurance companies have a lot of power, and we found that our clients were too tired to fight them any longer. They were using PPO Networks and random discounts to process the bills and reimburse our clients less money. We disputed the payments, we worked with lawyers, and everything resulted in the insurance company's favor. Apparently, this was a normal thing, and we were told several times that there was nothing we could do about it. 

𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐛𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐨 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲-𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐢𝐭. There had to be an answer, and we were unwilling to give up. 

Time and time again, we were told nothing can be done, there is no way around it.  Finally, we created a solution and proved everyone wrong. 

Our solution results in more revenue for our clients. 

Physical therapists change lives every day. More revenue makes it easier for clinic owners to focus on providing the best care to their patients and afford higher salaries for the most skilled therapists. It gives power back to them and allows them to get paid the correct amount for the work they do.
