Played an Instrumental role in Defining the Release Process for all implementations, change requests and product enhancements and in standardizing various product/projects documentation.

 I was entrusted as Product Innovator of “Captivate”, a standalone franchise recruitment system that assist franchisers in improving their franchise recruiting offering by 100 – 200%.
