Took the business from financial ruin to +$500,000 ARR. Focus was closing 5 figure deals (15-25k) with a 30-90 day sales cycle.

In charge of driving new revenues for the business. Main responsibility was to own the sales pipeline and guide prospects from initial discovery call through to contract signature. 

Led demos, managed CRM and negotiated contracts with +100 clients. 

Results:

• Closed over $1.2m in contracted revenue to date 
• Improved close rate from 8% to 23% over a 2 year period using AI tools

TOMII is a financial wellbeing platform that allows employees to work proactively on their financial health with a Money Coach.

Bootstrapped a HR SaaS business from scratch, turning an idea into a profitable company that connected startups to our financial wellbeing platform as a workplace benefit. 

In charge of sales, customer success and worked alongside a technical Co-Founder to improve our software platform for users (UX/UI).

Results:

• Bootstrapped and launched an HR SaaS financial wellbeing company 
• Designed and co-built a custom coded financial wellbeing platform 
• Wrote, filmed and edited an entire financial literacy course for the platform
• Scaled the business from £0 to  £6,500 MRR and a team of 3 (+4 advisors)
