In this new role, Anthony will lead the growth and development of ADAPT's Research and Advisory Practice. Anthony will engage directly with ADAPT's community of C-Level Executives and equip them with the relevant research, tools and advice to effectively lead and transform their organisations. 

ADAPT's Research & Advisory is pillared around equipping C-Level Executives with the insights & tools to help them make the right decisions, faster. 

Anthony will continue to manage ADAPT's 18-person Delegate Advisory Team as well as his role in consulting leading service providers on customer acquisition and GTM strategies.

Senior Director, Research & Advisory Practice

As a Senior Director at ADAPT, Anthony has a unique and diverse role within the organisation. Part of this role includes leading and managing ADAPTs 13-person Delegate Advisory Team responsible for the execution and delivery of all delegate acquisition and advisory programs for ADAPT across Asia Pacific.

Anthony also works within ADAPT’s Strategic Partner team consulting to leading service providers on customer acquisition and GTM strategies.

Anthony is constantly engaged with key stakeholders to explore and execute on initiatives to improve outcomes for ADAPTs 2000+ C-Level community and Strategic Partners whilst also helping innovate ADAPT’s business operations.

Externally facing, it is my role to work with C-Level leaders to: 

- Research and understand market trends around Emerging Technologies such as Blockchain, AI, 
   IoT, Automation, Data Analytics and Digital Strategies relevant to industry verticals.
- Evaluate disruptive business strategies
- Shorten the procurement cycle for C-Level Executives by aligning requirements with qualified and 
   highly relevant solution providers.
- Design effective  Go-To-Market strategies  for ADAPT vendor partners.

Internally facing, it is my role to: 

- Help manage, coach and train ADAPT's client facing team
- Drive innovation by exploring and pursuing new business models and partnerships that will add value 
  to ADAPT's clients and contribute to achieving ADAPT's vision

Conviction Group is a newly established not-for-profit organisation aimed at creating a genuine change in the community. With dynamic external pressures along with an absence of strong male role models; young men are often left without the tools, courage and will to make sound decisions. Through seminars, forums and mentoring programs, Conviction Group provides students with real stories and unique perspectives on the various issues concerning young men’s health.

In this new role I lead a team of 3 learning solutions advisor's and report directly to the General Manager on their performance and growth. I work closely with my team to not only manage day to day responsibilities, but also to assist in their professional and personal development.

This new role has already proved to be challenging on many fronts but has also granted me the opportunity to work closely with, and learn directly from, New Horizon's senior management team.
