Reason Studios

I joined Reason Studios in January 2020 and was given a clear mission - to build and launch a modern subscription service. We launched Reason+ 12 months later, in January 2021.

I led a small, tight-knit team during all of 2020 which worked on understanding and defining how a subscription service for Reason could work, talking to customers, building an MVP of the service, running a beta program and eventually launching the service.

Reported to the CEO.

What I did: 
- User research and interviews
- Market research and hypothesis building
- Spec out a business model and service 
- Managed team of engineers and designers
- Built an MVP for real users after 6 months
- Led the launch of Reason+

Lime Technologies Sverige

At Lime, I was a Product Owner, leading two of our core CRM add-on/feature teams:

1. Lime Engage - gamification for Lime CRM
2. Lime Field - field service management for Lime CRM 

In addition to working with the product and engineering teams on the development of these products, I was responsible for working closely with sales, marketing and expert services to maximise adoption, growth, profitability and customer satisfaction.

In 2014 I founded a technology company called Sparta which helps some of the world's biggest enterprise brands to improve business performance by increasing employee engagement, motivation and focus. 

Since founding the company, we've signed up hundreds of the biggest companies in the Nordic region, built and launched multiple succesful products across various clients (Web, iOS, Android), expanded into new markets (Sweden & Finland) and built a high-performance team across sales, product and engineering. In addition to building + managing these internal operations, I've also been responsible for succesfully raising 3 rounds of investor financing. 

I was also responsible for facilitating the sale of Sparta to Lime Technologies Sweden AB (STO: LIME) in April 2018.

Attach.io was a SaaS platform for collateral management and sales enablement. I invested and helped get the company off the ground. Attach was acquired in 2017 by Cirrus Insight.

A news portal dedicated to Swedish internet, technology and startups. Founded the company with 3 friends Anders, Pär and Einar in 2013.

Sold the company and assets to Breakit.se in August 2015.

JamesList is the world's only exclusive global marketplace for luxury items.

This was a purely sales role. I was responsible for identifying credible luxury dealers/vendors worldwide and helping them increase sales by showcasing their inventory within our marketplace. I worked on low-to-mid  5-figure USD deals with luxury brands across APAC and Europe. Lots, lots of cold calling.

This was really my first venture into the world of technology, "startups" and being a part of a venture-backed company. My time at JL was probably a turning point for me personally as I shifted my career towards technology and product development.
