I am the Founder and Managing Partner of FractionalCPO, a product leadership and growth consulting firm that doesn't just advise, but embeds. We work with Private Equity and high-growth enterprises to transition or augment product leadership and drive revenue growth from product.

Companies die from focusing on trying to improve metrics instead of focusing on delivering customer value. They often lack the operational velocity to turn strategy into enterprise value. We don't do performative roadmaps or endless committees. We identify the bottleneck, install high-velocity systems, and execute until the metrics move. We’ve been doing this successfully for a decade, helping clients through growth, exits, and IPOs.

I was responsible for driving the company’s product strategy within the B2B and B2C space, delivering quality SaaS products. One of my key priorities is leading the development and implementation of innovative technology initiatives, software, and system upgrades to meet evolving business needs. 
I manage a talented team of product and engineering professionals, ensuring that they have the tools and support to excel in their roles and deliver exceptional business outcomes. With my exceptional interpersonal skills, I negotiate external vendor partnerships, ensuring that each contract delivers value for money and that external consultants deliver outstanding quality in service delivery. I also oversee the end-to-end project management process, from initial concept design and business case development through to implementation, post-implementation review and continuous improvement. Additionally, I champion a culture of excellence and innovation, positioning the business for long-term success and growth.

Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC)

Provided high-quality functional and technical leadership to a team of 20 responsible for delivering an expansive digital transformation program. Led the end-to-end design and implementation of a legacy modernisation initiative, repositioning the company’s systems to AMaaS – future proofing it in alignment with broader business objectives.  Identified and activated pathways to strengthen vendor relationships to deliver improved project outcomes. Prepared and presented comprehensive project and technical reporting to senior business leaders, providing them with evidence-based insights to support their decision-making. Advised stakeholders on delivery approaches, emerging risks and mitigations and system improvement opportunities to ensure optimal project outcomes.

Senior Manager - Application Transformation & Modernisation 

AVIVA / Computer Sciences Corporation ( CSC UK )

Managed the company’s Centre of Excellence, with a focus on product innovation, software development, release management and service delivery optimisation and led a team spread across three continents. Led the conceptualisation and development of the company’s flagship multi-vehicle insurance software product. Developed and implemented frameworks to improve project management, multi-vendor management, contract compliance and reporting. Established substantial expertise in vendor management, financial decision-making and outsourcing to ensure exceptional project performance and timely product delivery.

I possess substantial expertise in driving business transformation to optimise overall performance through customer centric product solutions I am also a technical specialist who possesses substantial experience in leading complex technical program delivery across technology, product and business teams. I readily leverage an Agile approach to develop strategic product solutions aligned to long-term business growth and profitability objectives.

A keen analytical thinker and problem-solver, I am known for developing creative solutions to complex problems, even when faced with time and resource constraints. This is complemented by my exceptional commercial acumen and commitment to leveraging evidence-based insights to make informed business decisions.

My outstanding interpersonal skills support me to establish, maintain and grow productive professional networks that can be leveraged to drive positive business outcomes. I am comfortable negotiating with and influencing others, including senior business leaders. Some of my proudest and recent professional achievements include:

•	Developed and launched Generative AI features, including plagiarism checkers, trainer assistance and learner chatbots within three months of launch at Catapult Learning Management, securing dozens of new clients for these innovative, paid features.
•	Drove transformational change across Catapult’s SaaS platform, Edify, supporting multiple content formats to attract new client segments who require different formats of content, whilst driving retention of existing clients looking to enhance their product portfolio.
•	Led a security audit of the LMS and implemented significant enhancements, including strengthened passwords and 2FA to reduce the risk of future cyber incidents.
