Speed is the only real startup advantage.

2. 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲
You must feel the vision in your belly. Belief matters when reality pushes back (and it will).

3. 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 + 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲
Clear goals, autonomy, responsibility. Outcomes > tasks. 
You push the extra mile because you care, not because someone asks.

4. 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 (≈70 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬/𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤)
Extraordinary results require extraordinary effort.
Top-1% companies compress years of iteration into quarters.
Top-1% athletes who win the Olympics train twice a day every day.
Top-1% startups work hard, move fast, and think constantly.
 If this feels forced or wrong in your gut, do not apply. Intensity must be intrinsic, not imposed.

5. 𝐈𝐧-𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧, 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
