Usually our Q4 meetups focus on next year’s playbooks.

This time was different – no playbooks.

The old playbooks don’t work anymore. The only real playbook now is experimentation.

In 2025, a new kind of AI-powered GTM operation is already helping early adopters reinvent processes and tools, shorten time-to-market, and improve ROI.

In 2026, this shift will mature and expand.

Another big change - silos are breaking.

This was our first event that truly mixed marketing, sales, product, CS, and R&D in the same room – and it felt completely natural.
