Hey wealth management firms!! 

You can stop spraying and praying on tech tools, consultants, and wishing on shooting stars...to retain and grow relationships, clients, assets, and wallet share in the great wealth transfer the answer is clear and in these charts - hire women, reward, train, recruit, support, pay them well and take it on like it's a New Deal project. Women do this work as well, if not better, than men. And the industry is going through its own aging and succession challenges that tech alone won't solve. 

There are glimmers of hope out there, but there's a long way to go. There's a big mindset shift that needs to be put into actual, visible action. Who's doing this well so far, if anyone? Share your ideas and experiences I think this community can really pull something good out here...

Allison Byers was full of great advice as we spoke about her book Fundraising for the Rest of Us. It's important to acknowledge to yourself as an entrepreneur that you matter and you should be telling everyone you can what you are working on, what your mission is, what you are dedicating your life to to create change in the world at scale. 

Belief is so important, the rest is commentary.

What is the objective of a data room? 
Nina Raab🦁 provided a clear answer to that - it should provide a clear stack of evidence for why and investor should invest in you and your business. 

Having a guiding light like that can really create the roadmap to follow to build that stack right!
