Following a sustained and proven track record in my more junior role at Virgin Media Business, in tandem with coaching and formal training I was promoted to the Account Manager role for the start of 2011.

The role, much like the previous required a level of dynamism in regards to bringing on new business, expanding existing accounts and selling across the portfolio.

The business' expectation and targets set for the position also carried more weight in terms of complexity, value and profitability of a deal.
