We're two weeks into our latest Kinetic cohort, a 6-week bootcamp at the Center for Creative Economy where early-stage creative entrepreneurs work through idea and customer validation. Think: Am I solving the right problem? Am I talking to the right people? Do I have something here that people will pay for?

We've got five founders in this round, and watching them pressure-test their ideas in real time is honestly my favorite part of this work. The path to entrepreneurship isn't easy, but it's a lot less lonely when you've got a room full of people figuring it out together, am I right?

Last week I got to tag along with our board secretary Dawn (Martin) McGee, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, CPC to the Lewisville-Clemmons Chamber of Commerce and honestly, what a room to be in. Their word of the year is service, and you could feel it. Not just said, but lived. Then John Bost took the floor, and I want to be clear, this man is something special. He spoke about how real ideation begins when we allow ourselves to wonder, unidivided wholeness in flowing movement. Incredible knowledge and true wisdom!
