As the Content Manager at Jamaicansdotcom, I steered the company's content strategy to celebrate the vibrance and diversity of Jamaican culture and heritage. 

In my role, I strategized our presence across multiple social platforms which included Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), Pinterest and YouTube. My commitment to daily content creation and curation crafted several moments that resonate with our audience, drawing them closer to the heartbeat of Jamaica.

Leveraging social listening tools and deep-diving into audience personas, I have spearheaded growth in numbers and the meaningful engagement that sparks community and conversation. My goal was to not only reach our audience but to touch their lives with content that echoes the authenticity of the Jamaican spirit.

As the Producer and Digital Marketer for "Chasing Purpose," my role involved directing the show's overall production and ensuring its alignment with our mission to inspire and motivate the diaspora towards self-empowerment. 

This responsibility entailed content creation, managing the production schedule, and collaborating closely with the host and team to shape each episode's theme and message. 

Additionally, my role as a Digital Marketer was pivotal in promoting the show through various online platforms, utilizing social media strategies to broaden our audience reach and engage viewers in meaningful discussions related to personal growth, community development, and empowerment. Our instagram community grew from 100 to over 5k in just two years.

At Epic Transformation, I was tasked with leading and executing the company's content strategy, which was dedicated to executive leadership coaching for Caribbean women in leadership roles. Our aim was to enable these women to not only reach their professional goals but also maintain a balanced life.

 In this capacity, I managed and developed content across various social media platforms including three Instagram pages, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. My role involved creating and implementing targeted email marketing campaigns with integrated automation techniques to effectively promote our products and services, thereby enhancing customer engagement and increasing conversion rates.

I played a pivotal role in formulating and periodically adjusting our annual digital marketing strategy to align with the changing market trends and insights derived from data analytics. Central to my responsibilities was the creative production of digital content. I led the efforts in graphic design, video production, and editing, ensuring that each piece of content was tailored to engage our audience across different digital platforms. Additionally, I was in charge of conducting comprehensive monthly performance analyses for all our digital channels. This involved using data to inform and refine our future strategies, as well as evaluating key performance metrics and ROI, to ensure our content effectively resonated with our target audience.

I am skilled in leading and organizing both external crew members and internal staff, ensuring that commercial shoots run smoothly and efficiently. My ability to effectively manage talent and crew members before and during shoot days has consistently resulted in successful and high-quality productions.

Over the past nine years, I've channelled my passion into transforming standard marketing into vibrant, authentic stories that resonate deeply and engage thoroughly. From creating social media strategies that feel like home to producing, directing and scripting content that keeps viewers hooked, my approach is all about making real connections.

Making the bold decision to embrace my authentic self connected me deeply to my purpose and to those who fostered an environment where I could truly flourish. 

My skillset today reflects the belief my mentors and leaders had in me. They they saw a spark of potential in my passion to drive change and valued my authenticity. Currently, I serve as Producer and Creative Director for the rapidly growing TV show, “The Listing” which functions as a movement to not only demystify real estate for the everyday Jamaican but to make the prospect of purchasing or leasing a home relatable and attainable through merging lifestyle with real estate. 

Through the strategic curation of guests and partners that align with the lifestyles of the various properties, the audience can see themselves in these homes that suit their similar needs. This has led to significant growth, attracting our target audience of Jamaicans, Caribbean nationals as well as those in the Diaspora with high buyer intent.
