d)	Verify the compliance of all legal requirements relating to the Capital Raising, Public Issue and Rights Issue as per rules and regulations.
e)	Analyze the business of the company, industry cycle, and the future growth potential of the company based on information provided by the company, market, and related sources.
f)	Assist in designing the appropriate Financial Statements, documents, papers etc.
g)	Compliance of ‘Securities and Exchange Commission (Capital Issue) Rules 2001’; ‘Securities and Exchange Commission (Public Issue) Rules 2006’; ‘Securities and Exchange Commission (Rights Issue) Rules 2006’; the Companies Act 1994; Securities and Exchange Ordinance 1969, BSEC Acts, and other relevant rules, regulations, notifications, directives and guidelines.
