-Developed a data-product strategy, including 3 proofs of concept, for a Fortune 1000 through the triangulation of market insights, an internal organizational assessment, and engagement with senior leaders from across the business to test ideas and build buy-in. 

-Re-designed the product portfolio, organizational structure, and operating model of a mid-market firm ($130M annual revenues) struggling to navigate a highly dynamic industry environment, increasing speed of product delivery 4X.

Within Slalom, led the development of our local market strategy practice, including defining our market position, product/service portfolio, and sales strategy. Partnered with account leaders to identify and pursue opportunities with existing clients. Key accomplishments include:

-Designed and led the development of Slalom's global public sector practice strategy (supports ~450 FTE), the first Slalom-wide strategy for an industry vertical. This strategy provides the focused set of OKRIs necessary to accelerate our growth across markets by increasing the scope of impact and reducing the cost of sale.

Leveraged robust secondary research, AI-driven social sentiment analysis, surveys, focus groups, one-on-one interviews, and creative community events to build a deep understanding of the market and drive actionable strategic insights.

-Generated $1.5M in new revenues through the design and sale of a new approach to municipal strategy. Co-led business development strategy and led proposal development. 

-Designed and led a scenario planning exercise for a large urban school district to (1) forecast 2065 facility need based on divergent future scenarios, and (2) craft resilient district strategies.

-Led the design of the government structure, governance procedures, best practices guides, and training tools for a Native American tribe in California. Provided on-the-job training for elected officials.

Crafted a business strategy for Thun S.P.A., a multi-million dollar ceramics company, that set forth six process innovations that would streamline production, enhance the core brand, and attract a new customer base.

Travelled to Kosovo to conduct the final evaluation of the Returnee Income Generation Assistance program. Designed and implemented a survey of program beneficiaries, which involved navigating diverse, complex, and politically volatile environments. Analyzed survey data to identify program strengths and weaknesses and make recommendations for the following program cycle. Mercy Corps implemented program recommendations in following grant cycle and integrated best practices from this evaluation into its standard framework.

As an Ambassador, represented the Portland Business Alliance to businesses and visitors in downtown Portland. In order to better connect visitors and residents to local retailers and restaurants, developed and implemented a social media communications strategy that continues to draw new followers today. As the Downtown Services Intern, completed three critical projects: (1) a survey of best practices among west coast chambers of commerce, (2) an update of the downtown business directory, and (3) a cost of living survey for Portland.
