Geçen yıl bu zamanlar bile acaba vibe coding ile bir noktaya getirebilir miydik Visanom'u diye düşünmeden edemiyorum. 

Geçtiğim yıldan itibaren Lovable, Replit, Cursor gibi araçları aktif olarak kullanarak önce basit web syafaları ve lead magnetler yapmaya başladım.

I see a growing trend of startups looking for senior business developers or consultants on a strictly "commission-only" basis. The logic is simple: "We pay when we earn."

It sounds safe for the startup, but it signals two red flags to a professional consultant:

Lack of Confidence: You aren't confident enough in your cash flow or conversion rates to invest upfront.

Lack of Commitment: If you aren't paying a retainer, you don't value the consultant's time, only the potential outcome.

In Turkish, we have a saying: "You don't spare the chicken if you expect a goose." 

If you want high-quality leads, professional representation, and access to a senior network, you need to invest in it. A commission-only model often attracts desperate amateurs, not the partners who can actually scale your business.

It’s been a year since we launched company lookalike search at CompanyEnrich, and I still see the same two mistakes.

First, many people still think lookalike prospecting is  building huge lists. They ask why there isn’t another 10k batch of results. That’s simply not how lookalikes work.

Your best customers succeed for very specific reasons. Those signals are what you should double down on.

Second, putting all customers into one lookalike search. Different segments win for different reasons, and mixing them only produces a generic list, just like you scraped a batch from traditional databases.

The mindset shift is simple, smaller lists, targeted, not broad.

I used to send the same list to HeyReach and Instantly, sometimes in parallel, sometimes LinkedIn after email. Late email replies often caused double connections, duplicate convos, and messy context etc.

Now i’m running a reverse flow: first LinkedIn and for the remaining part, more proper email outreach.

(It feels like I’m separating chat-friendly leads from those who prefer formal outreach. Overall, it’s multiplying my campaign rates)

- Built a 500 lookalike list for a small campaign with CompanyEnrich
- Found proper contacts in Clay and ended up with ~400 leads
- Sent them to HeyReach.io
- For not accepted connection requests or no replies → sending them to Instantly.ai sequence

(Very easy with integration circle across all these tools)

*50% connection acceptance rate (thanks to highly relevant lookalike list)
*33% reply rate
*~200 leads still running
