Geçen yıl bu zamanlar bile acaba vibe coding ile bir noktaya getirebilir miydik Visanom'u diye düşünmeden edemiyorum.

I see a growing trend of startups looking for senior business developers or consultants on a strictly "commission-only" basis. The logic is simple: "We pay when we earn."

It sounds safe for the startup, but it signals two red flags to a professional consultant:

Lack of Confidence: You aren't confident enough in your cash flow or conversion rates to invest upfront.

Lack of Commitment: If you aren't paying a retainer, you don't value the consultant's time, only the potential outcome.

In Turkish, we have a saying: "You don't spare the chicken if you expect a goose." 

If you want high-quality leads, professional representation, and access to a senior network, you need to invest in it. A commission-only model often attracts desperate amateurs, not the partners who can actually scale your business.

As partnerships scale, the operational overhead grows exponentially. Managing high-volume affiliate links while simultaneously juggling high-touch B2B reseller pipelines often turns into pure chaos.

My team and I have been in the kitchen for a while, building a premium, minimalist experience to turn this chaos into a growth engine. We are nearing the finish line, but I have a quick question for my network.

Hardal is a server-side and first-party measurement platform designed to enhance user privacy by enabling cookieless, server-to-server data tracking. It allows businesses to connect first-party data from various sources to destinations for websites and mobile apps through server-side processing.

As a Business Development Assistant at 12Go, I applied my passion for connecting with people and solving their problems to the tourism industry, developing and securing strategic partnerships with potential clients in the META region.
