Restructured agencies, completing a thorough risk analysis, worked with senior staff to implement a bold revenue development plan, instituted a Relationship Management plan, built leadership teams,  lead reviews of business units, invoked cost containment strategies, and initiated highly targeted tri-level Government Relations plan. 

Lead teams of staff and volunteers to significantly increase revenues by implementing integrated funds development plans, concentrating on building relationships with major donors resulting in obtaining six figure gifts and lowering fund raising costs.

Worked with over 50 high-value clients/charities as a consultant and senior staff member to raise over $250,000,000. Among them; Canadian Cancer Society, Trinity Western University, Nature Conservancy -Canada, Edmonton's Food Bank, YESS, Shepherd's Care Foundation, MacEwan University, an 11 member federated hospitals campaign, Yonge Street Mission -Toronto, Surrey Memorial Hospital, Mustard Seed Ministries, Green Thumb Theatre Vancouver, Arthritis Research Centre -Vancouver. 

Prepared a Foundation to launch a $73 million campaign, restructuring the office, building capacity.

Researched, developed, and delivered the Iterative Negotiation (IN) workshops to national and regional conferences.
