If you're a hiring manager, please STOP looking for an entire department in just one employee.  It simply doesn't work that way.  You need a team.

Personally, I find the job search to be truly dreadful. It is exhausting, soul-crushing, depressing, dispiriting- actually, I will run out time before I run of negative emotions on this topic!  

But I hold out hope that one day everyone else will figure this out!

Just watched Tianyu Xu create something remarkable. He built a fully functional node-based AI workflow app in just 10 minutes using Gemini 3 Pro. And here's the thing: this is exactly the kind of breakthrough moment we need to show our teams about what's possible with AI.

I want to give full credit to Tianyu for this incredible demonstration. His approach shows us something powerful about teaching staff to work with artificial intelligence. It's not about needing a computer science degree. It's about clear thinking and the right tools.

Watch what Gemini creates. It builds a working prototype. Then comes the real work. Testing it, finding what doesn't work quite right, and telling Gemini how to fix it. Tianyu discovered the app needed a crop tool to handle image aspect ratios better. He asked for that. Gemini added it. That back-and-forth is where learning happens.

This process took Tianyu about an hour of tweaking and testing until he had something that actually solved real problems. That's the honest part nobody talks about. But it's the part that matters for your team.

The takeaway? Your staff doesn't need to be programmers. They need to be clear about what they want and willing to test and adjust. That's the AI fluency you're really teaching them. Thanks again to Tianyu Xu for showing us this is truly possible.

Hardest Part of Parenting?

Raising a human is the hardest work we will ever do. It is much more than just keeping them safe or making sure they have what they need. Our children are like little mirrors that reflect every single thing we do back at us. They do not just listen to our words, but they watch how we move through the world, even when we think they are not looking.

They see how we treat a stranger on the street and how we react when we are tired or frustrated. Our children mimic our morals and our behaviours every single moment of the day. They are learning from us even when we are not trying to teach them anything at all. It is a heavy weight to realise we are their primary map for life.

Every choice we make today becomes the voice inside their heads tomorrow. It makes me stop and look at my own actions with a lot of honesty. Am I being the kind of person I want them to grow up to be? We are not just raising kids, but we are shaping the future of how people treat one another.

Don’t Wait Too Long to Love ❤️

A little girl ran through the animal shelter, excited to find a dog.🐶

Kennel after kennel… barking, jumping, tails wagging.

Until she stopped.

In the corner sat an old brown dog with gray around his eyes. Quiet. Still.

His tag read: Milo — 10 years old.🐶

While the others barked for attention, Milo simply walked over and rested his head against the bars when she approached.

“I want him,” she said.

Her parents gently explained that Milo was very sick.
He might not have much time left.

She didn’t understand time.

She only understood that he had been waiting.

They promised to think about it and come back.

But the next morning, when they called the shelter…

Milo had passed away during the night.

The volunteer said he was found lying by the kennel door.

As if he was still waiting.

Sometimes the ones who wait the longest
are the ones we overlook the fastest.

Adopt the older dog.
Choose the one no one else sees.

Because love doesn’t need years.

Sometimes it just needs a chance. ❤️

Many teams rush into using AI agents without a clear strategy, often ending up with bloated, unreliable systems. Building powerful, production-grade AI agents requires discipline, structure, and thoughtful design choices. Here are 10 essential principles that separate hobby projects from scalable solutions:

𝟏. 𝐃𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐔𝐬𝐞 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐚𝐲 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐃𝐢𝐝
Use agents only where they truly add value. If a simple tool integration works, don’t overcomplicate it with orchestration.

What does it mean to love your data?

Not in a sentimental way. In a practical one.

It means caring about its quality. Giving it clear definitions. Knowing where it comes from and who owns it. Making sure it is used responsibly and with respect.

We often say data is an asset. But the organizations that truly get value from it are the ones that treat it like something worth nurturing, protecting, and investing in over time.

Because neglected data does not stay lovable for long.

So this Valentine’s Day, here is a simple question:
“Are you just collecting data, or are you actually caring for it?”

Italy is known for many things: culture, incredible food, beautiful landscapes.
But during my visit, I also discovered something else:

Innovation.

At the Italian Pavilion I met Donato De Ieso (Co-Founder and CEO of dillium), who showed me what they are building with spatial computing and the Apple Vision Pro.

One example that stood out: creating interactive 3D models from simple photos.
Imagine being able to:

✅ Take a photo of a product and instantly turn it into a 3D model
✅ Zoom in, rotate it, or even explore inside it
✅ Break it apart piece by piece to understand how it works

This has huge implications for training, maintenance, design, and product visualization. Instead of transporting large equipment or complex machinery, you can interact with it digitally in a shared spatial environment.

It felt a bit like stepping into a "Tony Stark style" interface.

What I find fascinating is how technologies like spatial computing move us from just looking at data and models on a screen to actually interacting with them.

And that opens the door to entirely new ways of learning, collaborating, and making decisions.

Sometimes innovation shows up in the places you least expect it. Even between a cafe latte and a plate of pasta in Italy.

At the Zoho Analytics booth, we had a really interesting discussion about where analytics is heading across industries and…

Did you know the Inca civilization managed one of the largest empires in the Americas without a written language?

Instead, they used quipu. A system of knotted cords that allowed them to record numbers, track resources, and manage logistics across thousands of miles of roads.

All of that… centuries before spreadsheets, databases, or dashboards.

Sipping a cafe latte in an old Inca town made me think about how humans have always tried to bring order to information. Whether through knots in rope or modern data platforms, the goal has not changed much.

Understand what you have.
Organize it well.
Use it to make better decisions.

Different tools. Same mission.

Sometimes data history goes back further than we think.
