I was responsible for forecasting, tracking, and executing all corporate initiatives to ensure the success of my region.  I inspired, trained, and mentored new hires and veteran consultants, to ensure a quick start as well as long term success.

Every day I lead my team of talented consultants to achieve incredible results for themselves and their clients. Motivating people and helping them succeed is not only what gets me out of bed in the morning, but I believe it is a noble cause worthy of pursuing.

I am the "quarterback", "cousin", and "lifeguard" that every company needs. Sometimes I'm a "quarterback" and simply bring all the players together to help you win the game. Sometimes I'm "Cousin Troy". You know, the guy who knows the guy that you need. And often times, I'm the "lifeguard" who saves you from drowning when the auditor comes knocking. 

Seriously, I strategize  with business owners to develop and implement more cost effective solutions for managing their workforce. I do this by providing integrated solutions that maximize profits and minimize their employer related liability. I also quarterback everything from payroll services, employee handbooks, workers comp insurance, group retirement plans, group benefits and a host of other employer compliance packages to companies of every size and sector.

For two-plus years, I worked at ADP selling Business Process Outsourcing to small businesses who truly understood that making a massive investment in their employees would yield high dividends in the future.  I helped prepare companies for audits and assisted them in meeting compliance goals and deadlines.  It was an incredible learning experience and helped me master a long sales process.  ADP made me an expert in value-based propositions, and for that, I will always be grateful.

I kept Denver looking good!  I started in facilities sales.  If you have used a sparkling clean restroom that has the Cintas logo in it, chances are pretty good that I sold that service.  I was a Diamond level sales rep, so I sold many bathrooms in Boulder and Denver.  I like to think of it as flu prevention, actually.  Maybe I've even saved some lives.  Hey, the flu can be deadly.
Then I was promoted to Corporate Image Advisor, which is a fancy way of saying that I kept employees looking good.

When I first started at Cintas, I was a Service Rep., I drove the big truck and delivered all the fresh, clean stuff to businesses.  I loved this job.  My customers were always happy to see me and give me tons of dirty laundry in exchange for clean ones.  And I never bought lunch.  I mean, never.  Everyone wanted to feed me.  Plus, all of the coffee shops would give me free drinks.  It was a good, simple life back in the day.
