I build two things right now.                                                 

At Canarydo I'm building a tool that reads client emails for sentiment shifts and tells CS teams who needs help before anyone asks. The insight is simple. Your customers tell you how they feel every day. Not in surveys. In the way their emails get shorter and more formal. Nobody's reading that signal at scale. I think they should be.                                                

At LORD&BOT I build custom workflow automation for fintech and operations teams. The kind of stuff that touches five systems and three departments and no SaaS product can handle. Approval workflows. Onboarding pipelines. Finance ops that connect Salesforce, Stripe, Jira, and Slack into one system. You get the source code. No subscriptions. No vendor lock in. You build once and own it forever.

I like making things. Software mostly. But also fishing when I can get away with it. I play chess, I listen to Tchaikovsky, and I think about systems all day whether I'm at a screen or not.
