Oversee talent acquisition and recruiting operations across MAPCO. Drive employment branding strategy, serving as a trusted partner and advisor to hiring managers across our organization.

- Lead, manage, and develop the recruiting team, driving performance against hiring plans to ensure the team manages requisitions to fill vacant positions promptly and with top talent
- Own and manage recruiting budget and allocate spending accordingly based on data analytics 
- Develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy that supports MAPCO cultural pillars and attracts top talent
- Develop and execute an employment branding strategy that enhances the organization’s visibility in key recruiting markets and positions MAPCO as an employer of choice among target candidates
- Implement and lead employer branding activities such as social media campaigns + community partnerships
- Leverage social media and other leading-edge recruitment marketing technologies and tools to support hiring managers in connecting with a broad and diverse talent network
- Partner with field operations to provide strategy and support using talent attraction "toolkit" (including employment branding, candidate experience, intern talent, college partnerships, and effective onboarding)
- Identify current and future talent needs to develop proactive sourcing strategies and cultivate active + passive talent pools
- Establish meaningful talent acquisition KPIs/metrics + mechanisms for regularly analyzing outcomes and applying insights to improve performance
- Measure day-to-day effectiveness of our career site and job boards while leveraging web trends and analytics to drive campaign management and candidate experience
- Manage external vendor relationships that support talent acquisition + employment branding
