This is a Senior HR Manager role where I reported directly to the Chief HR Officer and managed a team of HR/OD Business Partners. I partnered with executive teams to develop people plans and deliver strategic Change, HR & OD initiatives to enhance organisational performance and customer delivery.

TAFE NSW

This was a greenfields role where I reported directly to the Head of People & Culture and established the strategic HR function for Sydney TAFE, the Centre of Expertise. 

The Centre of Expertise consisted of the following three teams that I led in the strategic delivery of projects and initiatives across the following disciplines:

- Change and Transformation  (Change Management,  Metrics and Organisational Design)

- Wellness, Health and Safety (including injury management and workers compensation)

- Capability and Performance Development  (Organisational Development and Learning and Development)

Senior Manager HR Centre of Expertise (Change Practice Lead)

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Services, I led the People and Culture team (5 direct reports), comprising 35 employees in the functions of Centre of Expertise, HR Business Partnering and HR Operations (Payroll and Recruitment) for an interim period. In this role I was the key advisor to the Chief Executive on all HR matters.

I partnered with the executive leaders across the business to implement change and HR projects. The key focus of this role included, developing change plans, assessing change impacts, identifying and mitigating change risks, developing HR strategies including succession, talent, performance and optimisation.

As the Lead HR Business Partner I partnered with the Public Works executive in the management of the HR framework within this division. Public Works is a provider of expert consultancy and delivery services within the disciplines of engineering, water management, project management, construction and facilities management.

I played a key role in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives around organisational culture, organisational redesign, business process improvement, capability development and workforce planning.

I was also actively involved in the provision of HR management services, policy development, organisational development and the provision of key advice.

I also had the honour of being nominated for the annual internal awards program in the categories of Partners and Leadership and Performance and Accountability.

Lead Human Resource Business Partner

As an Industrial Relations Advisor I was actively involved in managing the Industrial framework across the organisation. This included providing expert industrial and human resource advice to senior management, managing cases before industrial tribunals, participation in and leading negotiations with unions on major industrial matters and the analysis and development of employment related policies and strategies.

In the role of Director Operations, I was leading a team of 15 staff who provided direct operational support to the revenue earning arms of the business. The role is focused on operational and strategic HR delivery, Financial Management, Business Development and 	Business Process Re-design/Re-engineering.

As an Industrial Relations Advisor I provided regular advice to management of client agency’s in relation to industrial relations matters, possible industrial ramifications of policy decisions, structural changes and changes in Legislation. 

I successfully developed a number of Industrial Agreements and Memorandums of Understanding through effective negotiations with a range of unions covering both white and blue collar employment classifications.

Industrial Relations Advisor

As a Recruitment Consultant I was responsible for delivering high quality recruitment and assessment programs to attract and select high caliber candidates to meet client agency demands. 

I successfully planned, implemented and managed a range of bulk recruitment actions, implemented effective recruitment strategies and developed a number of strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

I was extensively involved in the development of advertising strategies, job specifications and shortlisting indicators. I also actively shortlisted applications, including conducting phone interviews, panel interviews and reference checks.

replace "should" with different language:
