Wellness for Marketers 

Wellness for Marketers was created as a safe space for marketers and creatives. 

I wanted to open up a conversation about mental health with the aim to break through the stigma and create a community. We talk about mental health, wellness, and share positivity tips.
 
We're on a hiatus as I move my focus towards my social media marketing business, Juiced.

My role involved supporting the Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies for multiple clients from different industries. 

This involves:
- Social Media Management

- Blog writing and Copywriting 
- Research and Analysis

I was in charge of strategy development and management of multiple social media accounts.

I was in charge of developing marketing strategies for our clients which included social media and content marketing. I was very involved in content creation, copywriting and graphic design for our clients and also involved in client negotiation, management and outreach.

I worked as Camera Operator on “The End” and “Rosie’s Treasure” using Blackmagic Ursa. This was my first time working on a professional film set and I developed a lot of skills including: problem solving, time management and professional practice on set.

I worked as Director of Photography and Camera Operator for the film, "I’ve seen more fat on a chip!," which explored the pressures of the fashion industry on an individuals mental health and body image. This experimental short film involved a dream sequence with two parts: one was shot outside, which provided its own challenges. The other was a studio shoot where I could get really creative with the lighting. I learnt a lot about communication, teamwork and developed my leadership and creativity throughout the production.

Director of Photography / Camera Operator

I worked as Camera Operator for the experimental documentary, "All the world's a dancefloor." This film explored dance and its impact on everyday lives. I used handheld camera operation in order to relate to the fluidity of dance. We also shot some interview scenes which I was in charge of lighting in order to look natural.

I worked as Director of Photography for short comedy/horror film, Chimaera. During this role I developed my leadership skills whilst being able to manage the camera department efficiently and communicate well with other crew members.  I also developed my technical and creative skills in areas such as lighting and shot composition.

Working within a team, organising stock into separate units, unloading delivered stock, preparing documents for postage and creating product samples and posters.
Managed a solo project to update and distribute new company price lists demonstrating industry commercial awareness and competency with pricing strategies. This led to increased sales from new and already established clients. Undertook regular admin work with limited supervision, inputting invoice data into Sage and Excel. Led office/warehouse maintenance and planned outgoing deliveries.

Studied insurance law, attended client meetings, and handled multiple claims which involved liaising with clients and industry professionals and high levels of administrative work. Undertook large solo research tasks on behalf of the company and produced data driven reports on Microsoft Word and Excel for use in court or by fellow loss adjusters.

Organising the smooth intake and departure of dogs to and from the kennels, exercising and playing with the dogs, cleaning the kennels and giving dogs meals and any medication they required. This was an enjoyable and very rewarding experience which also taught me how to work to a time-sensitive schedule.
