Open Twitter/X and ask Grok: "What viral news recently happened that affects [your niche]?"

It'll surface trending angles your audience actually cares about right now. Grok is the best as Twitter is much faster to trends.

E.g. We run an account in the GEO space. Every week there's a new hot angle to run a Lead Magnet to.

Lead Magnets do 100x better when tied to a hot topic.

Step 2: Brainstorm content ideas from 4 sources

1. Your existing SOPs or frameworks
2. Customer pain points from sales calls
3. Popular YouTube videos you've published
4. Competitor lead magnets that are working

Step 3: Pick a format for the Lead Magnet

Not every idea fits every format. Match yours to:

- Notion guide (text-heavy, multi-section)
- Google doc (dense, long-form)
- Miro board (visual workflows)
- Figma swipe file (visual assets)

Step 4: Build the outline 

Drop your idea, a master methodology doc about how you do what you do, and a background about you and your business into Gemini 3.

Prompt: "I'm creating a lead magnet on [IDEA] for my [ICP]. Generate a full outline based on everything in this chat."
