An ambitious, organized, problem solving team leader and mentor of territory sales managers that improved sales by 1.5x despite product manufacturing challenges, supply chain disruptions, and unusual sales cycle adjustments. We achieved success through new business development, product management, inventory solution selling, and and improved regional sales process. This required business planning for each territory to transition from direct sales rep to hybrid-virtual business to business sales managers. In addition to driving sales we worked with the operations management team and product development team with cross-functional leadership project management to complete 30+ retail locations to showcase new product marketing merchandise displays to expand brand presence throughout the region.

o 60% increase of sales: $15M to $26M w/ 94% forecasting accuracy.
