I’m a hands-on operator who builds teams, systems, and growth engines that help companies scale. My work blends marketing, product, and operations to turn good ideas into strong, repeatable businesses.

I’ve led marketing, product, and operations across startups and mid-stage companies, guiding them from early traction through acquisition. I’ve learned what works and what doesn’t.

Most recently, I served as CEO and CMO at AutoRaptor, a CRM in the automotive industry, where I rebuilt the team, modernized the product, and achieved a 4x exit in two years. Before that, I helped double revenue at Upserve, led growth initiatives at SendGrid, and helped launch multiple venture-backed startups at Techstars and with colleagues from SendGrid.

What I enjoy most is solving complex problems, aligning teams, and bringing clarity to messy situations. I like working where strategy meets execution, helping teams find repeatable ways to grow, operate efficiently, and deliver meaningful results.

I’m open to full-time leadership roles where I can apply that experience, including COO, VP of Marketing, VP of Operations, or similar positions at growth-stage or PE-backed companies.
