As National Field Director of National Voter Registration Day:
- Successfully coordinated a one-day voter registration campaign with over 1,000 participating groups that resulted in registering over 300,000 U.S. voter registrations nationwide. 
- Worked with a developer to create a robust CRM system to progress participating groups through a self-managed funnel, increasing overall efficiency. 
- Wrote website content and supervised the design. 
- Created and managed all training content and logistics, from concept and creation to webinar training for all participating groups.
- Worked daily with on-the-ground groups to determine and remove barriers to success, from accessing apartment buildings for canvassing to branding and executing local events.

National Field Director: National Voter Registration Day

- Recruited, trained, and coordinated 171 on-the-ground groups to carry out this national two day Get Out The Vote campaign, which successfully contacted over 10,000 people in low turnout areas. 

- Created the content and copy for scripts based on research and developed training content centered on action-taking behavior to encourage people to vote. 

- Managed staff, materials development and delivery, website strategy, and Salesforce systems.

National Director: Trick Or Vote

Forward Montana

- Worked with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to successfully raise the annual budget while creating a comprehensive donation and donor recruitment process. 
- Targeted, coordinated, and executed the first-ever school board election campaign in Montana that successfully elected its candidates.
- Developed and oversaw a semester-long internship program in coordination with the University of Montana.
- Planned and coordinated monthly community action events.

Associate Director

- Recruited, trained, and coordinated non-profit groups grassroots field efforts in 38 states, which contacted over 110,000 voters in low turn-out areas during the one day event. 
- Executed a quantitative study with research group Analyst Institute to identify the campaigns impact in increasing voter turnout between 5-7%. 
- Created the content and curriculum for the national training session in Portland, Oregon and handled training logistics including transport and accommodations.
